“My boots arrived quickly and well packaged. They are exactly as expected and, because the leather is soft, have been comfortable from day 1. My only slight niggle is lack of half sizes in this style but it does mean I'll have no tightness issue with thick socks in cold weather., That said, the lining alone is lovely and warm. I'm very pleased with them.”

“I bought my third pair of Gabor boots recently. Beautifuly made, and moulds to the foot, making them so comfortable. Expensive, yes, but worth every penny”

“I love the boots, lovely quality leather and very comfortable with good sole grips. Although these are a comfort boot, they look good with trousers and skirts, excellent to wear every day throughout the winter.”

“Just received a pair of Ramona boots in dark brown (oak). Fit perfectly and to size, suede very soft and beautiful colour. The length of these boots are very flattering and the the slouch effect. Delivery swift and very smooth and easy. Worn a couple of times and very comfortable.”

“Generally ok but start to hurt after a lot of continuous wearing Staple ends came through on one pair Both black pairs hurt but white ones (I have 10 pairs) ok until worn for a while”

If the trainers that caused discomfort have not been worn outside, you have up to a year to return them. “Bella black patent Mary Jane style shoes. These are lovely and fit well. I have a wide foot, unfortunately with bunions, the style covers these and the shoes looks good on. The heal is not too high for me and although I have only worn them indoors so far they are comfortable.”

“Save your money and go elsewhere. Really poor service. Ordered and paid for boots. DPD delivered them to another address without trying mine first, other address denies receiving and Gabor will not honour a replacement or refund. Beware this is their standard delivery service and considered acceptable by them. Give them a wide berth!”
