“I am indebted to a lady called Hannah. I spoke to Hannah (who remained very calm, although I was clearly panicking!) on the day of delivery of my shoes, after I had suddenly realised they were going to the wrong address. Hannah re-arranged delivery to the correct address. I honestly didn't think it was going to work out, but it did and I received the shoes, as promised! Well done, Hannah, excellent customer service. Many thanks.”

“I love Gabor boots. The quality is excellent and they have small sizes that fit my shoe size US 4. I have purchased 7 boots over the past few years and love all of them. The leather is high quality and they have small styles ar chi and modern too.”

“I have several pairs of Gabor shoes and boots. They are so comfortable for my wide feet! Only criticism I would make is that the ankle steps could do with being longer. I can only just get them around my ankle, especially when it’s hot.”

“What a relief that you still do shoes rather than the never ending Trainers !! Surely I can't be the only person who wants to wear a comfortable, shoe with a slight block heel. It looks better, you don't have to worry if the laces come undone (because they don't) - it has a casual yet smart appearance and can be worn for any occasion - even a funeral - surely you don't wear trainers for that - or do you now ? anyway keep on making petunia shoes”

“Good quality loafers in fabulous colours - as I could not decide which to buy I decided to buy both the pink and the green. Fabulously soft and comfortable suede and really true to size which is very unusual these days”

“I ordered the Gala women’s suede shoes in natural colour. They looked nice, but I couldn’t manage the buckle. When I did get buckle closed it sat too far up ankle. This aspect not comfortable. Even though at sale price I had to return them.”
