“Over the years I have bought 3 pairs of Gabor shoes. The first were size 5 and were on the large side but wearable. The second were 4 1/2 (because a 5 was too big) but they were too small so I sent them back. the third were size 5 and too small. They were visibly smaller than the original size 5. Our nearest stockist is over 20 miles away so as I buy online and you have to pay to return shoes I won't buying any more. Note that a Gabor G is only a regular D.”

Hello Katherine, Thank you for the feedback, we are pleased to see you enjoy our Gabor Shoes and were sorry to hear that this particular style is not a good fitting for you. As you are aware, the different styles and widths can make a difference to the fitting, but all Gabor F or Gabor G should be the same width as others with that width fitting. The Gabor D is slightly wider than a regular fitting, it is the C+ that is a regular fitting in Gabor. With regard to returns, you have up to one year to return items and can take them back to one of our stores if you prefer, or if you have more than one pair to send back, there is a link on our website where for £4.49 you can send back up to 10 kilos in one package. “I found the same (Amy) style I must have bought about 15 years ago! So delighted to be able to replace my comfortable casual shoes! Excellent quick service and even avoided delivering on a day I would not be at home! Very much recommended!”

“Another lovely pair of boots from Gabor. Got half a size up as I have wide feet, they fit snugly but are nicely comfortable. Received compliments about how good my boots looked on.”

“The boots were fine except I just couldn't get my foot in the right side one - never had the problem with any other boots in the past! But the zip was just not good. Never mind, it won't put me off Gabor - the attr@ toon is that Gabor do half sizes and not many shoes come in half sizes!”

“The shoes I ordered (size 6) are not true to size. They are huge. I’ve had to return (at my own cost) for a smaller size. I really hope the exchange size fits, otherwise I will be paying for two returns and still no shoes! It’s a real shame as they were good quality and just what I’ve been looking for.”
