“Very disappointed. Find it very difficult to find small shoe sizes. Love Gabor. Ordered 2.5 size was sent 3.5. Then informed that you didn’t have 2.5 size Return and refund efficient.”

“I have been wearing Gabor for over twenty years and was pleased to find they still made this shoe, which was a replacement for a worn out one. Great fit, love the shoes, excellent service, expensive but hopefully can make use of offers at various times of the year.”

“I have funny feet and Gabor shoes are the only ones that even feel like they might be OK. That said, I ordered two pairs of boots in the same size (7) but in different colours. The dark blue pair are great, they are comfy and I can wear them for quite long periods before my feet start to hurt. The red pair pinched my feet and hurt from the moment I put them on. I shall struggle on with them until they adjust to my foot shape. What I don't understand is how the same boot in different colours can be so totally different in terms of fit and comfort.”

We do deliver free of charge and ask customers to pay the return postage costs or return to a Charles Clinkard store as stated in our returns policy and also in our terms and conditions. You can return using a second class mail service which keeps the cost down and then add tracking for aproximately 80 pence extra. You can also buy a label on our website from a link to collect Plus where for £4.49 you can buy a label that covers up to 10 kilo in once package. we are sorry to hear that you find this disappointing and hope that it will not put you off ordering in the future. “I bought the Gabor Nevada knee-high boot. Perfect. Finally, a boot that can be adjusted at the top to fit calves like a glove - and look fabulous, too! As someone with slim calves (33cm), I can attest to the challenge of finding boots that don't look like they're swallowing my legs whole, but these boots solved that problem with ease. Better still, they're incredibly comfortable! You can even remove the footbed and add your own insoles if you want to, but I found the ones they came with to be just right. Trust me, these boots are a game-changer for slim-calved ladies who want practicality, comfort and style - all in one package! Best of all, the boots arrived the next day. Thank you Gabor.”

“Lovely shoes. Elegant. However shoes came up big. Originally ordered a 5 and 4.5 .. ended up with a size 4. Was able to return to a Charles Clinkard shop for a refund (easier than having to pay for 2 pairs to be returned)”
