“This latest order was my second time buying the same shoe. The first pair (bought around 5 years ago) are still being worn but looking a bit worse for wear now. I find this shoe so comfortable and I do hope it will continue to be made. Delivery was excellent - some deliveries from the UK to Spain are abysmal taking up to a month and way longer.”

“I had bought Gabor sandals last summer,and found them very comfortable. I ordered a new pair in white leather,for an upcoming holiday. They were no nice, I ordered two more pairs, one in navy and one black. I love them.”

“Delivery was good and fast however I had to return the boots at my own cost. They didn’t fit to my usual size. I would have appreciated a prepaid returns label.”

Hi Debra, Thank you for your feedback on Gabor Shoes. We are delighted to hear that your delivery experience was positive! We strive to provide our customers with exceptional service so we are disappointed to hear that the boots did not fit. With regards to returns, we do deliver free of charge and as we do not have our own vans, pay either DPD or Royal Mail to deliver for us. We then ask customers to cover the cost of the return or take back to a Charles Clinkard store if the item does not fit. We sell many different brands, and some may differ slightly with regard to fit. If you required an exchange, we would again pay the postage to you. I hope that this helps for future reference.
