“I ordered 2 pairs of shoes as I have always loved Gabour shoes but normally purchased them in store, this store closed during the Pandemic. Both sets were size 6G. One pair fitted perfectly while the other was too small. Loved the shoes, but had to send one back and request a half size up. The return was at my own cost, not ideal for an online shop where the issue was clearly not my fault.”

“Purchased 2 pairs of Gabor shoes, this is my 3rd purchase of these shoes. Very comfortable and smart, great with every outfit. Fantastic customer service by Lindsey who I spoke to on the telephone and explained what I needed. Lindsey went above and beyond by measuring the width of the shoes for me. The shoes are a perfect fit, no pinching or rubbing. Great product and site. highly recommended. Quick delivery. Will buy from them again.”

“Gabor footwear is so comfortable be they standard or wide fitting - having bigger calves the wide fit is a blessing - great variety of footwear, well made and delivery is quick and easy. I have bought previously from Gabor - they just know their footwear and what people need 👍”

Thank you for your review. Your order was sent out with DPD and unfortunately has been relabelled by them to be returned to sender. This was received into our returns department and processed as a return and has now been refunded. Usually when a package is returned like this, it is because delivery was refused, or there was a problem with the address. “Not very fast at sending out my order. The shoes didn’t fit so I had to pay to return them. It’s taking longer than it should to refund the money for the shoes into my account. I won’t be placing another order.”

Thank you for your review. Upon looking at your order, it was placed on a Saturday and prepared for collection from the courier on the Monday. This was collected and delivered to you on the Wednesday. We have a free delivery option which states from 2 to 5 working days to dispatch, so your order was actually processed on the first working day. We do have other options available which are paid for, £3.99 for express and £5.99 for overnight. However the overnight would only have made your order one day sooner on this occasion as this would have been dispatched Monday for Tuesday delivery. Your order was returned to us and the refund processed just 7 days after your order was placed. Order placed 12th, recieved by yourself, returned and refunded on 19th. It can take up to 4 working days to show in your account, but this is to do with the banks and not ourselves. We are sorry to hear that you felt that this process slow and that you would not order again. Kind regards, Janice - customer services

Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear that you were not happy with this very popular sandal. We cannot see a previous order for what you have bought in the past, so unsure if it was the same sandal, this one is a vey soft nubuck so you may have found that it did not seem as robust as sandals you have had in the past. “Wisdom Womens Casual Shoes Code: 1014334 I loved these but they were too tight, I would have loved to have ordered them in your wider fit D or D+ but were not available (not offered) in the wider fit which is a shame as I really did love the two-tone colour white/rose.”
