“I never received them! DPD failed to deliver, advised me they had delivered to a post office then i received notice of a refund before the date that i was informed i could collect them from the Post Office. Very disappointed!”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you did not receive your order. We do not have our own courier and use either DPD or Royal Mail. Looking at the tracking your order was returned to sender. When it has arrived back with us, we have created a return and refund as we were unaware that this was not from your instructions to DPD. “Love my latest replacement pair of Gabor trainers I wear them pretty much every for work. They are perfect to wear with my orthotics whilst keeping looking stylish! I have recommended to many customers and friends alike over the past few years!”

“Bought some shoes for my wife, when they arrived we were surprise to find that they were exdisplay. one shoe had faded and you could see that it had been wore. These were advised as new which clearly they weren’t costing £95.00 very poor”
