“Easy to use web site. Good communication on order status. Only gripe is not with Gabor but the use of Evri as delivery agent. They failed to deliver as "driver could not find the address or it was inaccessable". Bunkum. Strangley they managed much later that day in the dark and rain to find us! Gabor very kindly offered to use Royal Mail in future if we specify them.”

“The boots arrived in a broken box. When I tried them on the soles were uneven inside the right hand boot and very uncomfortable. Obviously the boots had been returned by someone who had found the same problem with them. Following that I had to pay £3.20 to return them !!!!! I consider this to be extremely poor service landfill never deal with you again. C. Bartlett.”

“The boots are absolutely gorgeous but a little small and the size above wasn’t available otherwise I would have reordered. I returned the boots very easy returns process and very quickly refunded. Overall a really great experience.”

Thank you for taking the time to review your purchase with us. I am glad to hear the boots were suited to your needs and hope you are happy with them. The primary function of the box is to protect the shoes inside, but unfortunately, can be damaged itself whilst in transit. Regarding storage, it is advised to keep leather boots in a cool, dry and well ventilated area out of direct sunlight. This ensures the colour is protected and prevents cracking to the material.
