“After many unsuccessful purchases, the intense relief at finding shoes in the style required for work, that are actually a comfortable fit, was life changing! Anyone with wide feet will understand the prolonged frustration trying to find shoes. Fingers crossed and clenching teeth I tried the shoes on, my Cinderella moment had arrived! Truly impressed. Delivery was also impressive prompt.”

“I have wide feet and an 8mm bunion on one of them. These loafers are comfortable, soft and so elegant. I am so pleased that I have discovered the Gabor brand. The quality of shoes is very good. I cannot comment on the quality of the hardware, I hope it does not tarnish over time.”

“Easy to use web site. Good communication on order status. Only gripe is not with Gabor but the use of Evri as delivery agent. They failed to deliver as "driver could not find the address or it was inaccessable". Bunkum. Strangley they managed much later that day in the dark and rain to find us! Gabor very kindly offered to use Royal Mail in future if we specify them.”

“The boots arrived in a broken box. When I tried them on the soles were uneven inside the right hand boot and very uncomfortable. Obviously the boots had been returned by someone who had found the same problem with them. Following that I had to pay £3.20 to return them !!!!! I consider this to be extremely poor service landfill never deal with you again. C. Bartlett.”

“The boots are absolutely gorgeous but a little small and the size above wasn’t available otherwise I would have reordered. I returned the boots very easy returns process and very quickly refunded. Overall a really great experience.”
