“I’ve just returned some trainers after having them a week and wearing them once the sole is coming away at the heel. They won’t exchange them as they are saying it’s wear and tear and it’s just because of the style and there still wearable. Appalled at the attitude obviously not bothered about there reputation or customers. I usually love Gabor I’ve already bought 2 pairs of sandals this year.”

“I have worn Gabor shoes for mre than 40 years and havr always been very satisfied with them. This last pair I ordered did not fit properly - very loose and sloppy. I tried to return the shoes at a desiganted store i.e. Daniels, Windsor unsuccessfully as they did not recognise the scan code.”

Unfortunately, you can only return your orders back to a Charles Clinkard Retail store and not to a concession as they have a different till system. “I recently bought Gabor Jade Women’s Trainer size 3 in the Denim colour. As with all Gabor shoes I have bought in the past ,they fit a treat and are so comfortable. I just do not try any other shoe now as nothing fits as well as Gabor!”

“Major delivery problems due to DPD. However once Gabor were made aware they took immediate action. The shoes are fab. I mostly buy Gabor shoes because they are a great fit, good quality and style.”

“I really like the shoes but, unfortunately, I have one foot wider than the other and I couldn't get the left one on. I was very disappointed as they are exactly what I wanted. I would say they came up as quite a narrow fit.”

“This is the third pair of Gabor sandals I've bought, they are made beautifully and the wide fit is perfect for me. Though this is the first time I have bought from Gabor website, they came quickly and the packaging was excellent.”

“Received order on time but one of the shoes broken zipper sent an email what to do no answer received paid price £190 plus delivery charge now I have to pay for return have no my money have no shoes because I can’t wear. Even box looked like used not as a new one”

“The shopping experience was great. I ordered shoes which was very nice, but I needed a bigger size which was not available at the time. As a result, Gabor arranged for me to have a refund. Very good service. Thank you”

“Unfortunately you've changed the design of the depth of the shoe back and made it higher, hence the shaped top digs into the back of the ankle - very disappointing, so have returned them. Have bought this design for years....but no more.”

Thank you for your review. It is possible that this is due to changes in the manufacturing process. When small differences occur during manufacturing it can result in the fitting varying slightly. I apologise for any disappointment caused, understandably it is frustrating when the style you have purchased many times in the past is no longer a suitable fit.
