“I have been wearing Gabor shoes for many years. They are usually comfortable straight out of the box and the sizing is consistent. The pair I purchased was the last pair in my size. Unfortunately the left shoe is very tight. Since the shoes are leather I think it will ease with wear but it's the fourth time I have purchased this style and the first time a shoe has been uncomfortably tight. Heads up to US customers. For the first time I had to pay duty on these shoes. ($34) Not Gabor's fault but I think there should be a note on the website about duty.”

“you should have something on your site that lets people know how expensive it is to return shoes. I want to return a couple of pairs of boots and the postage is about $50 for each pair. That's 50% of the cost of the boots.”

Customers are advised that they will need to cover the cost of the return process. “I’ve never had a pair of suede boots - let along with the slouch look. Absolutely love them, they’re very comfortable and look great. The mohair colour is ideal as it goes with any shade of trousers, skirts and dresses. Really pleased with them - and especially as I often find buying for size 8 difficult as one foot is a little bigger than an 8, but Gabor has always been a good fit for me.”

“Concerning my order #93576409 which took place on October 22nd, I have received a refund.The problem is, I never received the order, and never asked for a refund. So the question is, is it possible to receive what I have ordered? And how is it possible to return an order without my interference? I really would like to receive the boots I ordered and would very much appreciate if you could inform how to proceed. My opinion on Gabor shoes depends on the possiblity of receiveing my order Thank you.”

“Comfy boots. Firm sole. Larger in the calf so they fit well, with the option to open the calf wider with a rear zip - which should mean I can wear with jeans too. Very pleased with them.”
