“I really loved my new sofa bed and storage. The quality and comfort is something one needs to experience for themselves. I will definitely recommend furl living furniture to friends and family. Daniel and Fabio(delivery guys) were great in service. Installation took almost half an hour and they helped me move out my old sofa. They took their time to explain everything I needed to know about my new sofa bed. Thanks Josh”

“I wish all deliveries and installations were as efficient as this. We had clear communications regarding arrival, the arrived when they said, they assembled the furniture swiftly and competently and were wonderfully polite and helpful.”

“We bought a sofa bed from furl 4-5 years ago. The cushion immediately sagged - we weigh 70 and 57kg respectively, so it can't be that were too fat. The material we used to upholster the sofa - admittedly our own, but from a manufacturer of far higher renown than furl - immediately looked creased. Furl blamed the material issue on the material, and stuff we weighed too much. Eventually they replaced the cushion, which sagged again and which we couldn't be bothered to replace again. So if you weigh more than 125kg as a couple, it's probably best to look elsewhere as we did. The spring mattress was good for a couple of years but again started sagging from occasional use. One star extra given for the fact they reluctantly changed the cushion. To be honest, having used IKEA sofa beds, you'd be better off buying one every few years and changing it - the furl sofa was only marginally better quality.”

“Ordered from stock and delivered in 2 days, White glove service was excellent, took about 20 minutes and then a further 10 to explain everything, including a few details not so obvious such as the chance to replace individual segments of the sofa bed should you have a catastrophic accident with the red wine etc. Haven't really tried the sofa bed yet other than a cursory sample, will be back to review once fully tested.”

“Ordering was easy online and delivery was scheduled on time although I had to delay by 3 weeks due to building works, that was no problem at all. Two lovely delivery drivers (Joe and Martin) arrived and nothing was too much trouble, they even moved a rather large mirror for me that I couldn't do alone. Getting it upstairs was no issue for them even with a tight corner. The setup was swift and they explained how to use it etc... The sofa bed is a wonderful cheery bright pink and looks fantastic, it is very comfortable to sit on and the mattress looks like a normal bed, I cannot comment on a good night's sleep as it hasn't been used as a bed yet!”

“We've been considering buying a sofa-bed for a number of years, with one overriding stipulation that it needed to be suitable for everyday use. Each time I searched I came back to the same destination - Furl. Having already bought a storage bed, I was confident of the quality, but needed to see and try out the mattresses first-hand. In January, my son and I visited the Swiss Cottage showroom and realised that the 12cm mattress would work, which gave us more scope in choosing a design. The sales assistant, Ece, was extremely helpful and continued to be so by email with my many questions over several weeks. The cost is not inconsiderable, but I took the plunge and took delivery this morning. The two delivery guys were friendly, efficient, and explained the set-up clearly. They were extremely professional. As a result I cannot fault the Furl service.”

“The sofa bed looks very good and is comfortable to sit on. Not yet used as a bed. The delivery men were friendly and efficient and gave a full explanation of how to use and look after the sofa. In all an excellent service.”

“I had my Metro sofa bed with the chaise delivered this morning. The delivery drivers were just awesome. Despite a very tight corridor, every piece went smoothly to the room. I can't be more delightfull about the sofa bed. Great design, awesome bed, huge storage inside the chaise. Guys in the showroom were very passioned and knowledgable about the products what made all process very easy for me. Whole piece looks just stunning and it is everything I wanted. Definitely the best product on the market and I will recommend Furl to my friends!”
