“From the very first contact by telephone at 7:30 am until completion of the installation and instructions on how to use my emotions sofa bed, the two-man delivery/installation team were exemplary in every aspect. Polite, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful, I highly commend them. And yes, the e-motion sofa bed is very very nice. Thank you”

“The delivery team were excellent....I hope you do reward them for their service as they were extremely friendly, keen to demonstrate the sofa bed and were very pleasant to have in our home. They appeared proud of what they were delivering. Let's hope the settee impresses as much as your delivery guys, I'm sure it will!”

“Just received my bed sofa from Furl and I am over the moon with it's look and comfort and the delivery men were first class and so efficient and also they kept me informed by phone and so polite they also delivered it on time”

“A quick, efficient team who were very genial and thoughtful (they took their shoes off in the house). The bed and mattress were in situ within half an hour. The bed looks sturdy with a good quality mechanism. A highly satisfied customer.”

“Excellent sofabed: very impressed with the design, it is brilliant! As it came unassembled, getting it into the flat was so easy The two men who installed it were able to do so within 30 minutes! Altogether, excellent service, from the helpful sales person in the showroom; the email communication along the way; the delivery guys, were all so good. I couldn't be more delighted.”

“We have a wall bed that turns into a sofa and are quite disappointed with it. It’s very difficult to pull down bc there’s hardly any space for your fingers, and there’s a huge gap between the headboard and the mattress. The mattress is their top end but it caves in in the middle. It was incredibly expensive. And when we complained about the difficulty of pulling it down, the designer was rude and condescending and got very defensive. He didn’t do anything to address this specific issue. We would not recommend this product.”

“I waited an extra few weeks for my sofa bed to be delivered because the wrong feet had been made. When the sofa was finally delivered the two guys took great care putting the sofa together, until they realised they couldn’t fit the moving system as it was the wrong size. It took several phone calls to HQ to discuss what to do next, and finally they had to drill extra holes into the base of the sofa to be able to fit the moving system. After 3 hours I was happy my sofa bed was in good working order. I applaud the two delivery guys, who were polite and professional, and managed to put the sofa bed together despite not having the correct part.”

“Great service from Furl all across the board: - got an informative and honest consultation at the showroom (Ece, the consultant, was professional, knowledgeable, honest, polite and overall pleasant to deal with); - got all the support I needed while ordering the sofa and after the order, receiving prompt responses from Marcin and Ece to my enquiries; - got prompt logistical support from Aimee to arrange the delivery; - got hassle-free delivery. The delivery guys came, polite and smiley, took their shoes off unprompted before stepping onto my white carpet, carefully brought the sofa parts, assembled, cleaned up, showed me how to use the sofa and left; - got a great-looking sofa that every guest compliments. Overall, I have no regret about spending my money on Furl's (more expensive) sofas. That's how you do premium customer service.”
