“Very pleased with our Tokyo sofa bed, most comfortable sofa bed we've ever had. The whole experience was good, from the welcome we received from Marcin at the Swiss Cottage showroom and all his help to find us the best option, to Lyubo, who delivered and assembled our sofa. Lyubo was meticulous, courteous and explained everything we needed to know about our new purchase. We're now looking forward to taking delivery of our Max ottoman bed!”

“Excellant and clear help with my choice of sofa bed and the delivery was great. Given lots of info remtheir arrival. Supermquickmand efficiant at assembling. Removed every scrap of rubbish abd took it away. Such a very nice pair- who gave me a great demo with helpful tips on how the sofambed comes out. Very delighted happy customer.”

“I visited your showrooms at Barbican and Kings Road, where your staff were unfailingly pleasant and helpful, providing detailed information, demonstrations and prompt provision of fabric samples. Confirmation of my order and updates about delivery were prompt and precise. Delivery was on time and the two operatives efficient and unfazed by some problems of access, as well as being meticulous in demonstrating and providing details of the sofa-bed's function. I am delighted with its appearance and so far have spent a very comfortable evening sitting on it. I am definitely recommending Furl to friends and neighbours for their range of furniture and excellent customer assistance.”

“First class service from start to finish. We visited the Swiss Cottage showroom and the team there were really helpful and also knowledgeable about the beds and matresses, and helped us choose a low profile storage bed for our loft bedroom. The bed was built to order and delivered within a few weeks. The delivery guys, Fabio and Lubo, were absolutely brilliant and managed to get everything up the rather narrow staircase and assembled the bed on site within an hour. Again they were really knowledgeable about the product, they gave a run down on how the bed worked, guarantee details etc - more than just delivery men! Would recommend furl to anyone looking for a new bed or space saving furniture.”

“Throughout the process, our experience of Furl has been excellent. This includes sales at the Swiss Cottage branch, the updates during the production process, and the first class delivery and installation. Delivery was rearranged to suit our availability and on the day Fabian and Phil on delivery were on time, knowledgeable, helpful and quick.”

“This is our second storage bed and once again we are very pleased with our new bed. The delivery and fitting was carried out by the really friendly Watford crew in good time and a professional manner with advice on safety, some maintenance and support if needed.
