“Baffled by our attempts to get a decent sized sofabed into our flat we tried Furl. There was no problem at all as the sofabed was delivered in pieces and assembled in a few minutes by the helpful and friendly delivery men. Throughout we received helpful advice, courteous service and ended up with a robust and comfortable bed.”

“I love our sofabed from FURL. We have had it for 9 years. The internal mechanism is so easy to use and didn't need changing as it is in tip top working condition. FURL were able to reupholster it so it looks brand new and in keeping with our new home. We loved our sofabed so much that we bought a storage bed for our spare room too. They may be more expensive than some companies but I can't fault the level of service that we have had from them and would highly recommend.”

“Firstly the options for finance made it much easier for us as it is quite an expensive purchase, however, having said that it's been worth every penny. The sofa itself is very well made and attractive and we were able to choose a number of the elements. The fold out mechanism is excellent and the bed itself very very comfortable and able to be used every day”

“Fantastic storage, lots of room under the bed. Really well made, sturdy bed, that looks gorgeous too. The choice of styles and fabrics is amazing. Love their website with the tool to design your own bed. I love my bed so much, I've ordered another one for my spare bedroom!”

“Excellent beds. Well made. Mechanism good. Great storage that is easily accessible. They will cover in the fabric of your choice. Delivery and assembly was undertaken by very helpful and polite staff who took all the rubbish away. Highly recommended. PS - we were so delighted with the first bed, that we purchased a second one!!”

“The bed is lovely. However we ordered a bed off the measures provided on the site as they fit neatly into an alcove where the bed was intended to fit. It turned out the dimensions are NOT as stated but rather of mattress only which is indicated NO WHERE OBVIOUS throughout the whole order process. FURL eventually after battling agreed to change the bed for smaller one but charged us the higher price even though we ended up with a smaller bed. The engage,ent and tone of service were awful. Despite the bed being nice I would not recommend.”

“From the moment I made my initial enquiry to the day my 2 sofa beds were delivered I found the service to be faultless. I was able to use my own fabric to match my existing furnishings. David, the owner couldn't have been more helpful, his knowledge and dedication to supplying the customer with exactly what I needed was exceptional. I visited the warehouse to drop off my fabric and an immaculate and well run operation was clearly evident, the staff were all so helpful and friendly. It is a real joy to support a UK company who value not only their customers but the quality of this excellent product. Oh and by the way, sooooo comfortable to sleep on!!”

“Furl Play sofa bed is brilliant. We bought it for a potential air b&b as it can be used for everyday use. It's not the cheapest but worth every penny. A beautiful design, extremely comfortable....and much admired.”

“Delighted with the storage bed and sofa bed that I ordered! Good quality products built to a high spec, which is reflected in the price, which I am more than happy to pay! Delivered promptly and on time, worth paying that little bit extra to have the products assembled. Extremely good customer service, with emails always answered promptly.”

“Do not recommend ! Very poor care about customer, the delivery of our wall bed had 3 month delayed and has been a constant false expectation by giving multiple wrong estimate. The company just ignored our request of a commercial action to compensate for the inconvenience, i still wait for an answer as of today... The only positive aspect is that bed has been delivered after 6 month of wait”

“These are not inexpensive beds, but I am supremely pleased with mine. David Norman runs a great family business that went out of its way to satisfy me and my quirky requests. “We’ve just taken delivery of our new sofa bed and this is a quick line to say how delighted we are with it. Once again, like our storage bed, it’s a superior product. I would also like to add that the delivery team: Jake and Gregory were polite and courteous and extremely careful navigating up the steep stairs plus had full knowledge and genuine pride in the product.”

“I searched hard for options for a wall-bed - though expensive, Furl stood out for quality and the number of options. It was good to be able to tailor the RAL colour of the bed to match the RAL colour we'd used on adjoining walls and cupboards. I'm still wondering how to fit some small reading lights inside the frame - these would be a great feature to provide. Guests have been very comfortable on the pocket sprung mattress - our friends and relatives are now largely past sleeping on flimsy sofa beds. Thank you.”
