“The sofa itself fits well into the room and is comfortable. My grown up kids think the bed is really good and have no complaints against the previous double bed we had in the spare bedroom. It is easy beyond belief to put up and down.”

“The sofa bed is exactly what we wanted as we designed it ourselves. I had to use it as my main bed for several weeks and it was exceptionally comfortable; much firmer than any other memory foam mattress I have used, but still with enough 'give' (I have had some discs removed, so this is extremely important for me). The delivery service was excellent - we couldn't have asked for anything more. The sofa was expensive, but worth every penny and the service was premium.”

“We recently bought 2 storage beds from Furl and are very happy with them. They are elegantly designed and sturdy products (we went for the oak version). Further the choice of mattresses on offer is good. The beds are relatively expensive but we feel they will serve us well for a long time. Further the reception at their showroom was excellent. The lady was extremely knowledgeable about Furl products range and very patient to take us through the various permutations possible and answer our very many questions. Strongly recommended”

“I bought a one-person sofa bed for my grandchildren coming from Switzerland to visit me in London. I am perfectly satisfied with the product you delivered. My grandson told me that he slept in the sofa bed as well as in his bed in Lausanne. Thanks to your expertise I can offer my grandchildren one more reason to come to London to visit me. I must say that the quality of your material is exceptional. The delivery and the assembly were professional and oustanding as well. FURL is an effective and reliable firm.”

“We visited the Showroom which had all storage beds on display. Immediately fell in love with the Illusion Storage Bed. The showroom has many kinds of fabric/leather to choose from and we went with a very specific leather. The sales staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgable. When the bed was ready for dispatch the assembly team consisted of 2 members, both were efficient and clean. The bed and headboard were up to a very high quality. We have a heavy mattress and the lifting mechanism is very strong, not too heavy to lift upwards. For a double size storage bed the Illusion can fit a lot of items. Overall, we are very pleased with the professional service, quality of the bed frame, detailing of the headboard and look of the finished product. Highly recommend FURL storage beds for the overall experience is first rate.”

“Exceptional service, and great buying experience: the people in the show room are knowledgeable, elegant and not pushy. Delivery at the very minute it was planned to happen despite our ordering date being on the tight side. Friendly people to deliver. High quality sofa bed that is in our guest room; really use to use, pillows and duvet hide in the arms of the sofa and it takes a second to open and close. And so so comfortable. When we repainted our bedroom we slept on the sofa bed and found we didn't want to sleep in our bed any more after that. So now we will probably buy a new bed and mattress from Furl. Seriously recommend.”

Hi Raginkumar, thank you for taking the time to add your comments here. our solid wood headboards are heavy and are designed to fit to the wall where they sit flush, don't move and save space. Please get in touch if you need some more brackets.

“I am so pleased that I found Furl. My daughter's storage bed is just perfect. The quality of the lifting mechanism and the super solid base make it well worth the money. I was particularly impressed with the delivery and installation. The bed was a surprise for my daughter's birthday and Furl were happy to arrange delivery for that day and the delivery drivers were told. They rang when they were around the corner to be sure she was not home and were happy to wait until she left for school. We have decided to replace all the beds in the house with Furl beds, and ours is next.”

“Worth every penny.... On visiting the showroom, I was immediately impressed by the quality of the beds. But, like me, there must be people thinking, "This is not a cheap bed". Nevertheless, I thought this offered better value compared to anything else on the high street (especially if you are looking for a storage bed). Having had the max for a few weeks, I am still delighted with the sturdiness of the bed, superior lifting mechanism, and above all, how good it looks in my room as it was fully customised to my preferences. I know this will last a lifetime, and I have no regrets making this purchase. As mentioned by others, you can expect stellar service from the whole team, particularly the delivery + assembly team who took so much care when building the bed.”

“It has taken a couple of months to get round to writing this review, but the Furl "Play" is the most comfortable sofa bed we have ever slept on. It's easy to open, close and move around and is comfortable to sit on. The small double is big enough for 2 but the standard double would give more room. However, as we have limited space we didn't have room for a standard double. The website measurements are exact - we have less than an inch to spare on length and the bed fits perfectly when opened out. The men who came to fit it were very efficient and helpful.”

“I wanted to share how pleased I am with my bed and with my ottoman, they look beautiful and are very comfortable. In fact the bed has become the centrepiece of my bedroom and I finally had a good night sleep after months of sleeping with a mattress on the floor. I also want to say the team that came to do the installation were fantastic, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. So I am one happy customer!”

“This has been a great shopping experience. David opened-up his showroom for us when we showed up without any notice. The full range of storage-bed was on display. We made our choice and the bed was delivered couple weeks later. We then realised that the model we had chosen did not fit our bedroom (much too big in term of volume - something we did not foresee in the full-of-space showroom), David was very kind in proposing the exchange into a lower bed frame. We now have the perfect bed we were looking for and it fits our room perfectly! Bed base and bed mattress are of high quality, the opening mechanism is robust and easy to manipulate. I did set-up the bed myself and it was very easy. Also, the nice delivery men from FURL gave me lots of tips that were very useful! We have been very satisfied of our entire shopping experience with FURL.”
