“A very good place to shop! I received excellent customer service from the person who served me and processed my purchase back in April, and the friendly and professional team who delivered and installed my sofa bed yesterday, were very efficient and worked quickly. I have no complaints and would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality, well made furniture.”

“Great information, customer service, and a friendly and extremely efficient delivery team who assembled my sofa bed. Not an easy delivery thanks to a tight staircase but they did a fantastic job. Very impressed, thanks Furl.”

“I highly recommend Furl to anyone who is looking for a bespoke solution. The whole team has been with me from start to finish; MJ was very helpful with listening to what I wanted and designed my headboard to the expectation I wanted. The delivery team were superb, super kind, friendly and professional. They really knew what they were doing. I am very happy and am pleased to say, it was well worth the wait!”

“From start to finish MJ listened to my needs and really brought what I pictured into life! I am SO happy with my bed, it’s absolutely beautiful. The installation team were also very kind and done a great and professional job with the assembling of the bed. I must say, it was well worth the bed!”

“The team went above and beyond to get our bed to us when we needed it. We have only had the bed a few weeks so cannot review the bed itself yet. We really appreciated all their hard work and answering all my questions pre-sale. Thank you very much Furl.”

“All my business was done via video link due to COVID restrictions. The salesman took my details after my sister had checked out the ones on my list and I’d made my decision. It was conducted very professionally. I was given an estimated delivery date which was later extended by two weeks - not a problem”

“Once again excellent service from Furl. Our sofa, table and chairs were delivered by Lyubo and Steve, who were very friendly and helpful. The only thing noted was that there was a small chip on the table, however it all looks beautiful and we are all very happy with our purchases.”

“This morning we had our bed delivered by Paul from the delivery team,was on time and installation was a breeze.Not only that but was so nice considering he had left Northampton very early. “We’re so glad that we discovered Furl. We moved into a new 2-bed apartment in Tunbridge Wells after downsizing from a country house with five beds and really needed some smart bedroom furniture that could provide both comfort and practicality. Furl provided both in equal measure. We’ve not had such a good night’s sleep for years! The sofa bed is a wonder of precision engineering and very easy to operate and very comfortable too. Very friendly and efficient service from all. Highly recommended! J&J”

“We are delighted with both our storage bed and sofa bed which David and his colleague delivered recently. They worked really efficiently, bringing everything up to our 4th floor apartment and just getting on with the job. Whilst we haven’t actually tried the sofa bed yet, it looks really great”
