“Very happy with our new sofabed. Ordering was simple and straightforward, delivery was exactly when promised, in fact they were able to bring forward a week to help with our planning. Delivery guys were friendly and very efficient (1st floor flat). Showed us how to disassemble for future reference. In sofa and bed mode it's extremely comfortable and would highly recommend.”

“From researching online, walking into the showroom and the final delivery and assembly of the bed - we have been thoroughly impressed with the customer service, the product knowledge and the delivery expectations. Whenever I had a question it was answered and the bed itself is so well put together and we love it. Would highly recommend the Max bed as it holds so much more than our previous storage bed.”

“I have bought three beds from Furl and my mother in law has bought one too. Every time they have delivered exactly when they said they would and assembled the bed quickly and efficiently. The beds themselves are of wonderful quality. It’s a fantastic design concept - highly recommended.”

“Very smooth process with great communication when I wanted to make some changes. Delivery was not at the time originally specified, but the 2 guys delivering were very apologetic and delivered / assembled with a smile despite having had a very long day. Sofa looks great and sofa bed mechanism works really well. Would recommend.”
