“We are so pleased with our sofa bed. We wanted a very comfortable sofa bed with a quality bed and sofa. Our visit to Furl was very useful and staff were very welcoming. Our delivery was faultless and the delivery staff were very friendly and polite. This is an amazing sofa bed and worth spending the money!”

“Our storage bed was delivered today - we are delighted with the craftsmanship and quality of the bed. The delivery men were brilliant, very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful sorting out extra long bolts for a headboard we are having made separately. They also took time to show us how the storage mechanism worked All the rubbish was taken away. I couldn't recommend Furl and their delivery men more highly.”

“I found you through a Google search as was desperate to find a sofa bed that would provide comfort for my mother who is returning from hospital after a complex orthopaedic operation. She wanted to have a downstairs bed on a temporary basis and we thought your Metro sofa bed would be perfect. The telephone support from Marcin was excellent despite us probably not being the usual profile of your customers. I needed to access the bed quite urgently and the one you had in stock turned out to be perfect. Bit of a hiccup with receiving the fabric swatch but that was sorted out promptly. Delivery was fantastic. Friendly and knowledgeable crew who shows me how it all worked. This is an expensive product but service was outstanding and hope be disappointed s comfy as it looks. No hesitation in recommending to others.”

“Very pleased with our Paris sofa bed - as will our guests be. Delivered before our expected date by two very pleasant men who took their shoes off, put the sofa bed together in moments, demonstrated how to use it and left, leaving no trace that they'd been here. Excellent.”

“Wow! What a sofa bed! Just taken delivery of our lovely furl sofa bed. Furl is efficient from advice in sales with MJ at Swiss Cottage right through to delivery today. The two men delivering took 18mins to get the bed up the stairs and put it together. Remarkable! and the bed is a strong very heavy piece of kit! Highly recommend this company who keeps its finger on the pulse.”

“Delivery was on time and went smoothly. They were very respectful of my home, removing their shoes and taking all the rubbish away. They also spent the time to explain the bed mechanisms. Very happy with my beautiful new bed.”

“TOP Quality and Service. London showroom is very busy but the few times I've been there all the staff was friendly and professional. The Max storage bed is perfect if you need to maximize your space. Service Excellent Delivery Excellent. Installation Excellent. It took less than 30 minutes. They have cleaned properly before leaving the place with zero rubbish behind to collect. Thank you FULR! Stef SE1”

“I had my third storage bed delivered today. The beds are of excellent and superior quality. I purchased the first one nine years ago and nothing has ever gone wrong with the lifting mechanism. Furthermore, it is extremely luxurious and comfortable and in my opinion worth every penny. As a result, I purchased two beds this year for my teen age children as I wanted them to feel the comfort and luxury I have been enjoying for many years with the added amazing benefit of having so much storage space underneath. The delivery men were very friendly, polite, courteous and efficient. My partner and I had a great time talking to them.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. The quality of the bed is extremely high and the delivery men that came today and constructed the Ottoman bases were gentlemen and couldn’t have been more polite , respectful and helpful. I cannot recommend Furl highly enough.”

“We ordered the Duette Sofa bed in May and have are extremely happy with both the sofa, the bed, and the service from Furl - all top notch and reasonably priced all things considered. The sofa itself is very comfy to sit on and the material nice and soft, a pretty red fabric that works well for our family with 2 kids and 2 dogs (Marder). The bed is SO EASY to set up and also super comfy - the sleeper definitely feels *no bars*. I am from the US originally, and was looking for a UK alternative to American Leather sofa beds, which are the only sofa beds I've ever slept on before that are actually comfortable (but not available in the UK). I can confirm that the Furl sofabeds are just as comfortable. The home installation was worth every penny - white glove service. We have recently purchased other sofas elsewhere and Furl far exceeds its competitors both in the quality of product and service.”
