“Very smooth process with great communication when I wanted to make some changes. Delivery was not at the time originally specified, but the 2 guys delivering were very apologetic and delivered / assembled with a smile despite having had a very long day. Sofa looks great and sofa bed mechanism works really well. Would recommend.”

“We are delighted with our new sofa bed - great quality. It was delivered, earlier than had been projected, by two men who were beyond helpful. Any minor communication issues we had with the company were quickly ironed out along way. Overall - a really positive experience.”

“I was finding the prospect of choosing a sofa bed in the middle of a lock down really quite stressful....MJ in their London showroom was just a complete star: fabric swatches were sent down having we had video chatted and he had seen the effect I was trying to create. I am just soooo pleased with what we achieved that I'm beyond words. Very talented team at Furl”

“There’s a great selection of furniture which is practical and yet lovely to look at. You can customise the items to your liking. The gentlemen who delivered the bed and also assembled it were superb - first rate from beginning to end!”

“I am very happy with my sofa bed. The men who delivered it were helpful and very polite. They put it where I asked them to. Showed me how to put it up and down. Nothing was too much trouble. From ordering the bed settee the member of staff MJ in the show room and louie in charge of delivery was so helpful. It was delivered as promised.I would recommend this company as they went out of there way to help .”

“Delivery was stress free and covid safe, two guys put it together quickly and took all the packaging with them. We were kept up to date with what would be happening when and recieved a phone call 20 mins before delivery just to check everything was ok.”

“Fantastic service provided all the way through. Sofa bed appears high quality and is like a normal bed when unfolded - cant wait to try it tonight. Im happy with my new sofa bed. “From the beginning of our journey with Furl, it’s been brilliant - particularity with the enthusiasm and support of MJ - the help with the design and fabric choices has been great. Trevor was brilliant at installing the beds - we live in a house with little storage, so the options we have chosen for each room has been a great solution for limiting clutter throughout the house. And of course, the beds themselves are perfect for a good nights sleep. Thank you!”
