“The whole process from choosing my sofa bed to having it installed has been an absolute delight. The customer service from the sales consultants in Chelsea and Swiss Cottage to the delivery guys who came to install is above and beyond expectations. Monika was very patient with my need to see several different material samples at home to make my choice and informed me promptly of any potential delay with sourcing my final choice. The logistics team were superb managing to fit my delivery into a very tight timeframe on the day to help me out. They also gave detailed instructions on use and care of the furniture (particularly to be mindful of my cat when closing the bed away) and how to deal with any spills or accidents that might happen. It was very useful to discover from them that Furl also offers a service to dismantle and move the sofa bed to a new location and re-install if I wanted to move house at some point. I am extremely pleased with the Swan sofabed it is comfortable as a sofa and as a bed. It is the most comfortable bed of a sofabed I have ever had - I've had 3! I love not having to find spaces to put the cushions when I unfurl the bed. I also had the moving mechanism installed so now I can clean underneath easily too. I'm extremely happy. Thank you very much Furl!”

“Despite a couple of hiccups, overall had a very good experience with Furl thanks to a helpful, knowledgeable sales team including MJ, Reon and Monika. I purchased three pieces (Piano sofabed) and Metro chairbed with footrest storage) which proved to be very solid and well constructed as I would expect made-to-order pieces to be. The pieces were delivered/installed by Furl's own very efficient, professional team including Lyubo and Fabio. Once assembly of the pieces were complete, Lyubo gave a very helpful, comprehensive tutorial on how to best operate the units and their care. I can definitely recommend Furl as a source for very good quality, seating-sleeping solutions.”

“So happy with the service from the showroom to the living room. Edward in-store was always helpful despite us usually arriving just before closing time! The sofa bed arrived as planned and is so comfortable it is almost better than our main bed! The delivery team were amazing. Very polite, passionate about the product. Interested in furniture and design. And told us all we need to know. Finished with a handshake!”

“Very pleased with our Tokyo sofa bed, most comfortable sofa bed we've ever had. The whole experience was good, from the welcome we received from Marcin at the Swiss Cottage showroom and all his help to find us the best option, to Lyubo, who delivered and assembled our sofa. Lyubo was meticulous, courteous and explained everything we needed to know about our new purchase. We're now looking forward to taking delivery of our Max ottoman bed!”

“Excellant and clear help with my choice of sofa bed and the delivery was great. Given lots of info remtheir arrival. Supermquickmand efficiant at assembling. Removed every scrap of rubbish abd took it away. Such a very nice pair- who gave me a great demo with helpful tips on how the sofambed comes out. Very delighted happy customer.”

“I visited your showrooms at Barbican and Kings Road, where your staff were unfailingly pleasant and helpful, providing detailed information, demonstrations and prompt provision of fabric samples. Confirmation of my order and updates about delivery were prompt and precise. Delivery was on time and the two operatives efficient and unfazed by some problems of access, as well as being meticulous in demonstrating and providing details of the sofa-bed's function. I am delighted with its appearance and so far have spent a very comfortable evening sitting on it. I am definitely recommending Furl to friends and neighbours for their range of furniture and excellent customer assistance.”

“First class service from start to finish. We visited the Swiss Cottage showroom and the team there were really helpful and also knowledgeable about the beds and matresses, and helped us choose a low profile storage bed for our loft bedroom. The bed was built to order and delivered within a few weeks. The delivery guys, Fabio and Lubo, were absolutely brilliant and managed to get everything up the rather narrow staircase and assembled the bed on site within an hour. Again they were really knowledgeable about the product, they gave a run down on how the bed worked, guarantee details etc - more than just delivery men! Would recommend furl to anyone looking for a new bed or space saving furniture.”
