“Illusion Storage Bed … I have just received the BEST BED IN THE WORLD … from Furl. I cannot THANK all members of staff enough for the outstanding quality and craftsmanship of their products. From start to finish the Customer Service has been exceptional. I would definitely RECOMMEND this Company.”

“The delivery chaps were friendly and very professional. They managed to get everything up some very tight stairs without one word of complaint! The sofa looks great and it’s very easy to pull the bed out. The bed is really comfortable too.”

“Excellent service throughout, with the item being completed and delivered ahead of schedule. Special thanks to the delivery team who were polite, efficient, tidy and respectful, including automatically removing their shoes before entering the house. Assembly of the item was speedy and efficient, including full demonstration to me on the workings and components of the chair bed. 5 star service, thanks!”

“Excellent advice in the Fulham store which lead to us ordering in line. Delivery 6 weeks to the day of ordering with a call to us 30 mins before arrival. The two men who brought the sofa to us were fantastic. Professional and very knowledgeable about the sofa and how to use and look after it. Cleared all the packaging away when they left. Really delighted with all aspects of this purchase and would highly recommend. A1 !”

“Furl is an outstanding company to deal with. I first bought a storage bed from them 12 years ago, and now I am moving home I needed 3 more. Their products are amazing, my 12-year-old bed is still in perfect working order, and they are built to last and of the highest quality. Everyone I dealt with at Furl was so helpful, knowledgeable and caring. All the staff wants your experience to be perfect, which it was. An extra shout out to MJ, who really does go the extra mile in making sure you get exactly the product you want, on time. I definitely recommend Furl.”

“We are very happy with our Air storage bed which has more than met all our expectations. It is extremely well made and comfortable and the lift mechanism works perfectly. The bed was ready 3 weeks before the original scheduled date and was delivered and assembled efficiently by a friendly and helpful team. We are happy to recommend Furl and would definitely use this company again.”

From start to finish - help, advice and suggestions from the guys in the shop – North London and south London. A quick delivery and fit from a friendly duo. “This is five-star British company. I have four storage beds and two sofa beds from them and will buy 5th storage bed in the future. Became addicted and enjoying it. The company never failed me. Highly recommended.”

“The Furl installation duo did spectacular job of installing a new sofa bed in our apartment. They then gave us a succinct demonstration of how to remove the arm rests and how to activate the casters. Throughout they worked on a diligent and friendly manner never relaxing a thoroughly professional attitude to their task. A spectacular operation. Should be on YouTube.”

“I have my max bed for 3 months and it is amazing and I'm over the moon. The quality and the storage are excellent. Great shop assistants and delivery team. Everything come on time and it was quickly assembled. From feater which gave me very helpful guidance how to used. I would definitely recommend and buy again from Furl.”

“Bought two Furl Max+ storage beds over several months. Broadly speaking, happy, despite the second, smaller bed costing more than the original due to price inflation. Positives: the beds are well designed, elegant, space-saving, robust, have changeable covers, are UK-made, - and do the job. The delivery crew gave a courtesy call an hour before arrival and arrived on time. A few minor gripes, however: 1. Please ask delivery staff not to rest bed materials against customers' walls - it marks them. 2. Delivery for the second bed was approximately 20 days over the estimated delivery date, which is a disappointment, given the price paid. 3. The on-hold telephone voice does not sound warm enough and should be replaced with a professional voice-over who can suitably convey and represent the business's values.”

“Terrible service and product. Both items came damaged and they damaged my floor in the process of installation. They then accused me of trying to get a brand new floor paid for by them. Simply outrageous. I bought from them many years ago and their product was excellent quality, so I went back, but they must have changed manufacturers as the quality is nowhere near as good. I spent almost £10,000 with them and would have been treated better at ikea. I would NEVER recommend them or use them in future. The way they treat their customers is disgraceful and the product not worth anywhere near what they charge.”

A deserved review, sadly there was some damage in transit of your items which you allowed us to rectify, but in the process we did damage your floor, for which we are very sorry. At your request, we provided the touch up paint for your floor and hope that you were able to to cover up the marks successfully. We do understand your frustration, especially with the misunderstanding with one from our fitting team who we know unintentionally offended you. We do value you as a returning customer from 10 years ago and we thank you for your additional purchases of a bed and sofa and trust they will also offer you many years of good service.
