“The delivery team were wonderful. Polite, Efficient, Professional, clean and tidy and kind. The Sales team at Swiss Cottage, and in particular MJ, were outstanding and spent as much time with me as I needed to make a choice. They were very warm and welcoming and extremely well informed.”

“Edited our prior review as the company addressed the issue around delivery after our initial review and delivered it timely afterwards. Overall mixed experience. Pros: worked with us to customize the sofa, materials (oeko tex etc) shape, this part was fantastic. Cons: delivery logistics and abiding by promised timelines were poor. They initially confirmed delivery in one months time (we paid express) only to be called 2/3 days prior to delivery to tell us that some pieces were missing and delivery would need to be postponed by 3 weeks. Only after one week of intense back and forth were they able to improve it by a week. On the day of the delivery there were further logistical issues. In short, if you want a high quality sofa but dont care about timing of delivery we recomend, if you care about timing (we did very much) then order with a lot of time buffer..”

“Today our new Furl Sofa Bed was delivered and demonstrated by two extremely happy, cheerful, polite & helpful employees. There was a minor delay in meeting the original provisional delivery date, however we are based in Gloucestershire & I imagine therefore not on a frequent delivery route. We are thrilled with the quality of the product & pleased that after much research of the market we eventually chose Furl”

“We bought our first Furl storage bed in 2008 and a second one in 2017 when we moved to France. They have endured 4 moves so far, are very easy to de- and reconstruct and to move, and still as new and comfortable as on their first day. Great quality and mechanism and I loved that you can customise them to the tiniest detail. Only thing that was a disaster in our case was the international shipping which was very overpriced and like Russian roulette 🤣. But if this side has improved we are happy to order 2 more beds for our kids as we speak 😉. Best wishes from Strasbourg Astrid & family”

“The two gentlemen where both very prossional and polite. Made the job look so easy and in no time it was all done. After they finished they showed us how to operate the bed chair and how to make sure we understood how to avoid any problems. Very happy with my purchase and will be looking to see whatesle I can buy for my tiny flat. Thank you”
