“Didn't get the product”

Thanks for your comment. The delivery company have attempted to make delivery on four occasions, however no-one has been at site to accept delivery. As this is a purchase in a commercial capacity, and as is stated on our website and on order confirmation emails, somebody must be at site to accept delivery as drivers will not leave packages unattended. We understand that a fifth delivery attempt has been made and you are now in receipt of your order. If you have any further queries about your order, please get in touch and we'd be happy to help.

“I have used quite a few suppliers for equipment i and have to say. FFD are up there at the top, very reasonably priced, and well organised, delivered product when they said they would. will definitly use again. Many thanks FFD, Brian”

“Website was great for comparing options and placing the order. I got a ring back from a human the next day to confirm the order (I’d chose an option that wasn’t available so they flagged that and initiated a refund) and to let me know when to expect delivery. Delivery company subsequently contacted to confirm delivery date and on the day the driver gave me a ring in advance. He also helped me get into the property which he was not obligated to do, which was greatly appreciated! It was all transparent and quick. I will definitely buy from FFD again.”

“Website was well laid out. Laura in sales was very helpful and pro-active with information to advise us of our request (saying delivery may be longer due to our location, etc.) We were called in advance of the delivery and the units arrived on time. They were installed efficiently. Bottom line, good service all round. very pleased.”

“Before buying for this place double check because if u want to return or refund it they will refuse to take it back and also I'm still waiting from them to see why the wheels not locking”

Thank you for your feedback. In contrast to what you have said in your review, we do accept returns and issue refunds in certain situations, such as when equipment is delivered faulty and it cannot be repaired by the manufacturer. Unfortunately, as is clearly stated in multiple places on our website, user error during ordering is not accepted as grounds for return or refund. As is detailed on the product page, the unit you ordered has a hinged lid not sliding and the castors are non-lockable; this has been explained to you previously. We strongly urge all of our customers to check the specifications of the product they are buying prior to order to ensure that it is suitable for their needs. If customers have any queries, need further clarification on specifications or wish to check that the equipment is what they need before placing an online order, we encourage them to contact our sales team by phone, email, WhatsApp or live chat, who can then make sure that the intended product is a suitable choice for their needs. If you wish to discuss this further please contact our team who will happily explain our policies to you. The FFD Team

Unfortunately, commercial deliveries are to kerbside only, however if you need more equipment in the future, we can try to arrange an additional unpack and position service where it will be brought into the building for you.
