“Received damaged item. Would not accept responsibility. I'm stuck with useless piece of equipment that's sitting in my garden. Disgusting and rediculous. Go somewhere else if I were you.”

“Good communication, good product. Only criticism is that the fridge I bought was said to be suitable for domestic use. The literature with the product says it isn’t. Also delivery is ‘kerbside’ not helpful if you are on your own”

We are a commercial refrigeration supplier and so whilst some of our products can be used in domestic settings they are not designed specifically for that purpose. We have since added a note on this product to explain this more clearly. Kerbside delivery is standard commercial practice and we try to make this clear on our website and emails however we are constantly improving and learning from our customer's feedback.
