“Purchased a scoop ice cream freezer. Arrive via private delivery company who had good communication. Unfortunately freezer arrived already not working. After contacting FFD an engineer was sent out at a weekend to see if they could get it working. It was unrepairable so another was sent under warranty. Its arrived and it works. So not an ideal start but FFD did what they could in a time frame that was suitable.”

“Very helpfull and knowledge as the fridge was being shipped to N, Ireland . It was explained I needed a EORI number. which I got for HMRC.the order was placed and only took 4 days to deliver”

We arranged for a replacement unit to be sent to you within 24 hours of your original delivery, which you received with a standard kerbside service as per your original order. “We purchased a glass door fridge from FFD Commercial Refrigeration and not only was it a great price but it came with free delivery to a remote part of Scotland. Follow up communication was good and the delivery driver called us approximately 1 hour before the delivery. Overall a great service.”
