“I received double of what I ordered, so went to some trouble to return the additional £100 worth of stock. Considering I went to some trouble to return the items, it would have been nice to have received a token gesture of thanks, maybe a ‘money off voucher’ for my next order. But nothing has come from Friars, just an email with a returns label for me to print.”

“I purchased a box of violet creams as a gift and was genuinely shocked at how small the package was, to the point that I felt the need to supplement them with an additional gift. Cannot comment yet on the quality of the contents.”

“I ordered the chocolates and wine from you as a birthday gift for one of our daughters-in-law who lives miles away so I have not tasted any of your chocolates nor did I sample the wine.”

“Chocolates are supposed to be like Belgian Truffles. Sorry, I am not convinced. They are quite tasty, but I will stick to the original Belgian Truffles.”

“Unfortunately the flavors were not strong enough, bought 7 different types. New cherry& Cream disappointing bland,Coffee cream not strong enough,not enough salt in salted caramel Cherry truffle excellent Chris pud great flavour white cho wit raspberry good”

“Nice chocolates, however not any better than other brands and they are way more expensive. Definitely not value for money and chocolates just as nice can be found for a lot less.”

“Signature Chocolates selection. I enjoyed the truffle part of this selection,particularly the Irish cream truffle.The rest i found rather boring in taste, particularly the Florentine and Sticky toffee pudding.Rather overpriced, and found the chocolate to be somewhat "stale" in taste. Probably would only order the Truffle selections again,if i can afford to.This selection could do with updating to make the chocolates better tasting.”
