“The chocolates arrived quickly and were well packed. They were good and looked good, I was a bit disappointed in them, though and wasn't sure they were the price. However I'm not a chocolate expert so I could be doing them an injustice.”

“Nicely made and well-balanced chocolates and there is no doubt that these are good quality chocolates. However for me at least then there were no stand-out flavors that would make me rush to buy them again”

“I received double of what I ordered, so went to some trouble to return the additional £100 worth of stock. Considering I went to some trouble to return the items, it would have been nice to have received a token gesture of thanks, maybe a ‘money off voucher’ for my next order. But nothing has come from Friars, just an email with a returns label for me to print.”

“Chocolates are supposed to be like Belgian Truffles. Sorry, I am not convinced. They are quite tasty, but I will stick to the original Belgian Truffles.”
