The chocolate tastes cheap and it certainly isn't cheap to buy. Wouldn't recommend. Was looking for an alternative to the Thornton cappacino chocolates.

I have already reviewed this. If i could score 0 i would. I ordered x2 flavours of chocolates. 1 was cherry marzipan which was somewhat accecptable 1 was ginger which was absoloutely disgusting very bitter and indeed after 1 taste threw in the bin.I received for each chocolates x6 at a charge of £6.50 plus my postage of over £3 which i think is disgusting You saw me coming I think you are rip off merchants your ads do not portray the goods and I WILL DEFINATELY WILL NOT ENTERTAIN YOU AGAIN DO NOT SEND ME ANY MORE LITERATURE OR I WILL CONSULT A SOLICITOR TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION

I didn't want to leave a message because it was negative but after too many emails asklng me. I bought the small Easter eggs, the praline ones with the dusting on top which I am sorry to say were disgusting, I binned them, they tasted horrible, really weird perfume taste and the dusting didn't melt with the chocolate. I also bought the white cookie ones, these were just ok, nothing especially nice about the chocolate, not like white chocolate usually is. Again remained quite hard in the mouth. Wouldn't buy again. For the expensive price I was surprised they came in just clear plastic mould and cellophane wrapper for giving as a present which is what I had intended to do, but couldn't. A very expensive Easter when I then had to go to the shops to buy more, which tasted 100% better than these.

I have still not received my order. Royal mail say they have delivered but have not. Just took a picture of the outside of my building, which didn’t even show the package in it. Very dissapointing.

May I repeat that all your dark chocolates are excellent. However, it is a shame that the box of dark cherry liquers was poorly packaged and as we now know great many more than 2 were cracked spilling the liquer all over the box.

Next day delivery service apparently!!!! A bag with 6 chocolates - yes you read right 6 chocolates took almost 5 days to arrive……Very disappointing! The guts of £12.50 in total. The chocolates certainly didn’t come to the weight advertised.

The number of chocolates in the pack is stated on the product listing, with regard to the weight, this is an estimated average quantity, meaning the actual weight of the product may vary slightly within a permitted tolerance range. We will however ask the packing team to double-check the average weight to ensure it is not falling under the stated weight. I have had these chocolates before and they have been fine, this time not good at all. I emailed frairs and my email back was people have different tastes, well this is obviously so I was not happy and very disappointed with there response. Will not buy again the company don't seem to care about there valued customers 😒

I went on this site as they advertised vegan chocolates but after paying £50 for a box that had come up in my search for vegan, when they arrived they were ordinary made with milk chocolates. Their response was for me to return them at my expense. Not impressed at all.

Hello, Thank you for our review, I have checked your order, Royal Mail tried to deliver your order 3 times with no answer then they kept it at your local sorting office for 2 weeks, but it wasn't collected. I were very disapointed when these chocolates arrived yes they were nice but with p and p they cost me nearly ten pounds for ten chocolates will not be buying again

We do state the weight and quantity of the product on the listing to give customers an idea of the product. With regards to the delivery charge we do try to keep our delivery charges in line with our competitors and feel that having a set fee rather than a tiered fee makes it easier for customers to know what they will be paying for. Do not recommend, a real lack of rum and some of the chocolates had clearly been sitting on a shelf for far too long as their inners were dry and encrusted. Spend your money at Hotel Chocolat, a far superior product.

Very disappointed with the taste and the matter of the rum and raisin barrels were all had the outer chocolate chipped off!

Sent as a gift for my daughter. The OPostOffice dellivered them but put them in direct heat 30 degrees so completely melted. Shame as these chocolates are beautiful.
