“I recently bought both rum and raisin and cherry liquor chocolates. I cannot fault the taste of either which was wonderful rich and delicious. Unfortunately both came damaged with several of the rum and raisin having broken shells and the cherry leaking in the packaging. These were meant as a present which I was unable to give, so had them myself.”

“I recently purchased an assortment of chocolates from Friars for my daughter, son-in-law and Grandchild as a treat as they had been through a tough few weeks. Due to my family members certain dietary restrictions I placed two orders. It turned out that the first order was due to be delivered when my Granddaughter was still in hospital so through Royal Mail we were able to delay the delivery. The second order arrived and was enjoyed tremendously by my son-in-law and Grandson. Sadly the first order was never re-delivered by Royal Mail. I contacted Friars and they were absolutely amazing sending out a replacement as soon as they could for my daughter and Granddaughter to enjoy too! Fantastic chocolates made by such an amazing company. So very grateful, thank you to all at Friars.”
