I received double of what I ordered, so went to some trouble to return the additional £100 worth of stock. Considering I went to some trouble to return the items, it would have been nice to have received a token gesture of thanks, maybe a ‘money off voucher’ for my next order. But nothing has come from Friars, just an email with a returns label for me to print.
