Milk chocolate wasn’t anything special for me. Tasted more like the cheap chocolate you get in advent calendar or novelty Christmas chocs. I certainly wouldn’t pay this price again for it. The white chocolate was nice and loved the strawberry dots. Was weird to have granulated sugar coat the caramel truffles - was quite coarse and wasn’t a fan. I’d probably buy the strawberry dots and praline again but that would be it. I enjoy Galaxy and Lindt more and both are cheaper.

Very disappointed not much taste at all to your chocolate itself and nearly all the flavours were not up to much eith thats why i am disappointed looked nice i ordered them for our Anaversersy to go with champagne what a waste of money

My only objection was that I ordered the chocolates and forgot that they had to be delivered to a London address, so I immediately rang you and a lady rearranged the address. However, your packers were so efficient that she failed to divert the order in time. Never mind.

Nothing special for the price and all that plastic is ridiculous 6 chocolates sat in a plastic tray sealed in a plastic bag and we bought a few as we spent about £60 pounds and quite frankly they are expensive for what they are each chocolate is relatively small in comparison to other hand made posh chocolates we buy and unfortunately not worth the money we won't be buying again

Bought the Dubai chocolate truffles as a gift but sadly didn’t resemble Dubai chocolate, outside was quite tough and inside was an almond, alcohol tasting bright green spread when expecting a pistachio crème centre.

Have only given 3 x stars as I am a new customer & my first order was squashed! I feel that the order was inadequately packed with just a flat cardboard box & one sheet of paper over the chocolates. The bakewell tart chocolates were completely squashed but the others were undamaged. As the chocolates were for hubby & my own consumption I didn't worry too much apart from the presentation aspect - however if I was gifting them it would not have been acceptable. I was pleased that when I phoned Friars they managed to delay my order till after the heatwave!!

The alcoholic truffles are really good, I would highly recommend. The flavour of the chocolate and whisky/rum is lovely. The cookie fudge clusters were less appealing, the chocolate tasted plastic and just not of a great quality.

Chocolates delicious as always but... This time and my previous purchase had numerous broken chocolate so the liqueur leaked out . I have been buying these chocolate s from you for years and delivery as always been ok. And chocolate s delicious. Don't know if you have changed packaging or courier but I am reluctant to order again

Dissapouned with the box of coffee creams. Coffee doesn't taste strong enough. Dissatisfied with there marzipan sweets again to many soft centres and a lot didn't taste the way marzipan should. Nice boxes.

Hi my recent purchase of liquor cherries was a little disappointing. I have been buying these from you for quite a few years and have always been very pleased in the past . This time the packaging was different and a number of the chocolates were damaged and the liquor had leaked out. The quality of the others was mixed, some were delicious but some were a bit dry and not much liquid.
