The chocolates arrived promptly and taste nice but be very clear, these are not Cointreau Liqueur Chocolates. They are another orange liqueur and not as good. As I say, nice but not as advertised.

Arrived like it had been shaken etc in the post :-( marks on the cover and chocolate where the chocolate has been hitting the screen. Not their fault but as they are presents for Christmas not overly happy.

Lovely chocolates but disappointed with they way they looked after delivery. They were a bit bashed and not perfect quality which I would expect for the money I paid.

Bought as a gift, I'm sure that the chocolates will be excellent; however I'm somewhat disappointed with what I'd consider to be inadequate postal packaging. The products were packed very tightly into the box up to the sides and edges, allowing no space for any bubble wrap, etc., for protection from possible transit damage. As the received box showed evidence of crushing and scuffing it would appear that this damage was transferred to the products. The main casualty appears to have been the cappuccino chocolate buttons with quite an amount broken. Thanks anyway.

I product was excellent. However the delivery service was disappointing. My order placed on a Monday for NEXT DAY DELIVERY was not received until Thursday.

I am only rating you as 3 because there was one item which I really did not like and indeed have thrown away and that was the soft caramel truffles. I didn't like the rough texture and thought the caramel should have been more or stronger. However the lemon cupcake was delicious. The other items I am giving away. I'm sorry not to give you the usual 5.

I ordered these chocolates online as a gift for a friend. They wee delivered by post and the packaging was nice. However the lid was clear plastic and some of the chocolates were upside down. If they were for myself I would not the presentation but not happy with it as a gift.

Unfortunately my parcel (a Christmas present to friends) was sent too early, despite a specific request and assurance that it would not be sent immediately. Please cold I suggest that the website is amended so that non-immediate delivery dates can be requested at the time of payment (Bettys of Harrogate do this). I cannot comment on quality of product as the goods were sent direct to the recipients, however, I did think that the choice of gift items was very good.

Second order where chocolates were broken and the liquor had leaked into the packaging. They were gifts so could not give them in that condition. Other items in the order arrived ok.

The chocolates were too salty I ordered salted caramel ,but they were so salty I couldn't eat most of them ,but my niece liked them as she likes a lot of salt ,but I don't think I will order them again.

Product supplied as described but Friars let down by Royal Mail as next day delivery took 3 days. However Friars gave refund with no problems.

I have awarded 3 stars just because the chocolate purchased is for gifts so I haven't tasted it. Spolit for choice, really fast delivery and really good packaging I.e. choc gingerbread man well protected from breakages and incidentally a good size.

Recieved my Choclate cherries in 7 days (delayed 2 days) and found 2 sweets did not have liqeur in them. Apart from that they were delicious

We have checked your order which was dispatched on the 6th October 2020 and have also checked the Royal Mail tracking information which says the item was delivered on the 10th October 2020.
