“Des produits intéressants mais une livraison souvent tardive (1 heure de retard aujourd'hui pour la 2nd fois en 4 commandes) hors des 3 heures et demie prévues (ce qui, franchement, est déjà très long).”

“Only getting the 'middle star' as my Saturday delivery did not come until Sunday 8.30am! I spent the whole Saturday morning at home waiting. I got woken up Sunday morning by Parcel Force: no apologies, just said it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. French Click Ltd, please do NOT use Parcel Force, they are unreliable. I would recommend you to use Yodel or similar as they are a lot more reliable. This might cost you customers. Goods are lovely, maybe a little pricey, but I can't get them in Great Britain so Thank you! :)”

“Hard to give a rating. The products themselves are amazing & remind me of heady days in France, but I ordered two Henaff x3 rillettes and there was only one in the box. Disappointed.”

“Wanted a specific product that ocado were out of stock. Managed to get three of them at almost twice the price but on this one occasion it was worth it. Service was good. Delivery was well packaged and on time. Only reason I doubt I would use again was the price.”

“My delivery was late by one day and I wasn't inform of this. I had to call to see where was my delivery. I was a bit annoyed as I had to stay home for this. Wasted 2 days .”

“I order several types of preserves. A substitute was made for one of the items, without consulting me, duplicating another of the items. So I have 2 Abricot compotes instead of 1, and no Pêche Compote. If a duplicate had to be made, I would have preferred a) to be consulted, else b) to be sent a different flavour rather than a duplicate”

“I had great difficulty putting in the quantity of the items as the boxes already had a one in them. That didnt seem to want to be eliminated so when I put in 2 I got. 12 each time and had to go to check out before I could change it.”

Hi Thanks for your feedback. The courier experienced a delay with the sorting of the parcel so the delivery was one day later than it should have been. “Food was good when it was delivered, good value for money for imported products. Was supposed to be delivered on the 9th of Feb for pancake day however turned up on the 10th which I was very unamused about after specifically selecting that day. Bit of a spolier.”
