“Good choice of product not available elsewhere. Shame delivery was booked for Thursday and didn't arrive until Saturday.”

“Saddly not as good as they used to be. On the fresh food I was surprised and desapointed to receive a beef joint I needed to use within 2 days. Not exactly helpful when you order for Christmas. Unsure to use them again after 10 years of being a regular customer”

Hi Very sorry to hear this. We will always refund or replace items if they come with a short date like this. This sounds like a stock rotation issue we need to investigate as they way we operate the fresh items should always have a long date. Kind regards, Matthew French Click

“Purchase process was satisfactory except for one aspect, namely the password requirement. I cannot remember it from one Xmas to the next, and as a new password is obtained by simply providing my e-mail address I cannot see what benefit the password provides over and above the e-mail address. Its just annoying.”

“Great to get food and drink that you can't otherwise get in the UK, however the fresh food appears defrosted. My cheese and baguette weren't great.”

“French products that you can't find in the UK but I ordered twice and twice there were items missing or not what I have ordered. No refund/credit was made and I have to request it... It is a shame there is not a pro-active follow up of your delivery as this is the whole purpose of your business....”

“Came quick but the mini chocolate packets were plain silver so weren't suitable for the party bags I wanted them for. The strawberry ones all had printed wrappers. I wrote and asked but they didn't know why - seems odd that strawberry packets are printed and chocolate not when they are the same and the image marketed shows printed - disappointing.”

“Items were available from French click which meant I didn't need to travel to France. However, delivery was out of stock. I waited an extra week and finally got my goods. It took me to request compensation. Companies who are slow to offer compensation when they cannot deliver on time, in my book are not showing enough customer care.”

“Great service to have here in London. I just wished the delivery slots were of 2 hours max (instead of 4, in particular when starting at 6pm in the evening) as it makes it difficult to schedule when working. Thanks”

“I could only give 3 stars - nothing to do with the quality of the asparagus. BUT THESE WERE RATHER THIN - so much had to be cut off in comparison - and a lot of work. Taste was great as before. Looking forward to the next delivery where they are thicker - these were probably the very early ones - but great. Vegetarian and Vegan - and I could add for myself the ham and the saumon ...”
