“Delivery and packaging was excellent. The duck breast were of a good size and excellent texture. HOWEVER, unfortunately they were also tasteless and I will be reverting to Sainsburys”

“Unfortunately I have been delivered with only one product out of the two I had ordered and no one reached me to explain/plan a new delivery. On your website, you should put an address verification to avoid ,address mistakes. I had put the wrong post code and the courier could have delivered it to the wrong address. The delivery is also quite expensive.”

“Good to be able to get hold of French products in the UK. Goods arrived on time. Packaging leaves a lot to be desired. 4 of the yoghurt pots were punctured and leaking when we got them (they were still edible but it was all very messy) and the ice packs used in the packing had started to thaw so all of the cardboard covers had got soggy and fell apart so all of the jars/pots fell out as we tried to lift them from the box. Would have been much better if plastic had been placed over the products before the ice was put in.”

“Everything was good. I had ordered packs of biscuits. However i was very surprised to see that one of the boxes had an expiry date of Jan 17. So we basically have yo throw it if we don't eat it in 10days. I would expect you to check this andnot give customers old stock!!”

“I use French Click 2 or 3 times a year. Normally I would rate French Click as meriting 5 stars but their Christmas speciality products were disappointing. They had exceeded their "Use by" dates or would have exceeded them by the time they were eaten - e.g. galettes des rois out of date long before the traditional date they should be eaten (on 6 Jan - Epiphany). I left a message on their website re my complaint but received no response. Clearly, good customer service is not important to them.”

“Décue par le service. J'ai commandé 4 articles et sur un des 4 ils ont réussi à me livrer un autre produit que celui demandé. J'ai demandé à faire un échange, ce qu'ils ont fait mais sans compensation... Nous parlons de produit à moins de 5£ Ils auraient pu me proposer de garder celui livré par erreur et me renvoyer le bon! Bref pas impressionnée par le service client.”

“Good, updated selection of current French groceries. However, there always seems to be some confusion over delivery - last time wrong item was sent and, this time, agreed delivery dates were not met and I am still waiting on the fresh Buche, which I hope is not sitting all weekend in some delivery warehouse!”

“I wouldn't say the service made me happy. I made an order seeing that all the items i wanted were available. Two of what I wanted were out of stock and the remainder of my order was available. Only for me to receive a phone call telling me that two items of my order were out of stock. This is certainly not good service, because at the time I ordered them, there was no indication they were unavailable and your company took payment for something you didn't obtain for me. A better stock count is needed!”
