- Greasy choice of products - Delivery charge was pretty high given the amount I spent - But for one of my items to be short-picked on my first order was very disappointing- and the half-hearted apology stamped on in red did not make me feel like a valued customer. And you made no effort to compensate me for the shortage. A voucher offering me discount on my next order could have kept me happy as well as ensuring I shop with you again.. I’m retired now but used to work in online retail. We fulfilled 99.9% of all orders placed. Unless I’ve been very unfortunate I suspect your order fulfilment falls well short of what should be expected. Either your stock balances were wrong. Or your picker did not look hard enough. Either way I didn’t get what I ordered..

Unfortunately due to our business model, very occasionally some items can be missing. This item should have been removed from the final order total so you weren't charged for it. Very efficient! Expensive! Incudes a ‘sales tax’ - what is this I wonder as there is no such thing in the U.K.

A bit expensive, the black olives are dry, not in water nor vinegar as usual, got less yop than what I ve paid for. One article reimbursed as I guess it was not in stock. Packaging always good though.

a frustrating experience.. normally really happy with them- good range of products and fast delivery. But communication could be better they don't tell you an item isn't in stock you just find out when you open the parcel.- not good when its the main thing you've ordered ( and the site shows as in stock) and dont answer the phone when you try to discuss. Hopefully a one off issue.

My main reason for trying French Clic was to buy Toulouse sausages. The ones I got were lacking in taste and nothing like the Toulouse sausages I used to buy in 50 years ofholidaying in France.

Lots of French products but it’s a shame that out of stock products are not thoroughly updated on their site. Several key products were missing on my delivery and I had to call them to get a refund on an item that was missing and not taken off my bill.

Very sorry about this, you should have been contacted about this missing item before delivery as it was quite a big part of the order. This is a mistake by us and we'll be investigating what happened to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Happy with the service and product - but arrived damaged and of the 8 pots I had ordered, 3 were damaged and there contents had to be thrown away aswell as the mess it made. The box had a large dent in it so assume was damaged during delivery.

Products were perfect. However, they sent me an email to inform me my delivery would be delayed because of missing products, and then proceeded to deliver them three days earlier without telling me. Luckily I was home. The delivery person was also very annoyed I used a French number for my order ( the website let me use a French number and I assumed they could call French numbers from their uk number, because I can.) I usually only leave positive reviews but I didn’t feel like a client here, more like a nuisance to them.

Sorry about this communication issue. There were other deliveries in your area on Saturday so the delivery was put for then, you should have been told about this first, this was a mistake. The office can contact you on a French number fine, the delivery drivers can do via what's app or other data based service but not directly from the phone.

I ordered two bottles of the same shampoo, but I was given one correct one, and one that I didn't ask for. It is the first time I have used your shop, I won't be using it again!

The product arrived, beautifully and sustainably packaged, but unfortunately, to a flat next door, rather than to my house. Someone 'clicked' the wrong address but I managed to track it down eventually. The man I spoke to at French Click accepted that they were at fault and offered to replace if necessary, which I'm glad wasn't needed. I was happy with the handling of the situation.

The food and service is excellent. The only reason for giving three stars is due to the packaging. Polystyrene is so damaging. Please consider some other filler for the boxes.

Thanks for the feedback. We are moving to use Paper loose fill on all orders without fresh or glass fragile items. Please do also note that the flo pak green loose fill is degradable in the natural environment and can be recycled at supermarket points, you can find more info on it here: https://uk.pregis.com/eu-solutions/by-product/ready-to-use-packaging-solutions/void-fill/the-environmental-one/

As always, the ordering process, packaging, and delivery were perfect. What wasn't in this instance (I have ordered from French Click several times before), is the error in my order. I was sent one wrong item in my order (the wrong terrine). After having to send a photograph of my delivery note and the wrong item, I expected to have the correct item sent to me. It wasn't, I was simply given a refund. And, I didn't like the "wrong" item. I did email French Click about my disapointment but received no reply.

First order on French Click. Was informed that the order would be delivered before 12:30 so had arranged to be at home specifically to receive the order. By 12:30 nothing arrived so I phoned customer service and was informed that I was last on the list for deliveries and that my order would arrive in the afternoon. It arrived after 5:00 as the driver hit problems because of road works. The whole experience was frustrating. You should call customers if deliveries are delayed.

While the delivery was fine, I was not so happy that the merguez I ordered were just at their date limite de consommation. They were good but it would have been better if they had had a longer shelf life. Which is why I only gave three stars.

The website is a nighmare to navigate. The photos are the products are really bad and it's impossible to zoom in. Also it does not show the compositions of the products. But I found lots of products I was looking for and the delivery was smooth.

Très déçu de votre service.. j’avais commandé un foie gras de 500 à 600grs et vous m’envoyer un lob de 350grs sans prévenir votre client.a quoi sert de demander notre e-mail? Maintenant j’ai besoin d’un autre lob mais je refuse de payer une deuxième fois pour les frais d’envois.
