“I buy French Amora mustard from French Click as I find it difficult to obtain this in London - so for me it is invaluable. It is easy to order online and I collect from their warehouse. However, i have only one small negative comment - it would be helpful if an email was sent alerting one when one's order was ready for collection!”

“Really good choice of delivery days and good service. Impressed with the packaging and th effort gone to to avoid breakages however when th egg was unwrapped yesterday it was smashed. Also concerned as tried to follow on Twitter but told I had been blocked. Overall good though.”

“The retailer was very good indeed and I'm delighted with the product I ordered. However, Parcelforce left much to be desired as I waited in all day for a parcel which did not arrive. Tracking it on their website was useless, as according to it, my package hadn't even been dispatched on the day when it eventually did arrive. Frenchclick were quick to respond to me when I told them the problem so I have no complaints at all about this company and shall use them again, as long as they sort out the courier !”

“The range of goods is great and it's fun getting the parcel...but one item was wrong and one damaged this time. The staff were very polite and sent another order with replacements...but there was still a small dent in the second pot of face cream which was going to be a present so I was a bit disappointed. Otherwise good.”

“The whole shopping process provided a very clearly guide to complete. I was appreciated that the website even listed ingredients of almost every products. This is the reason that I shared my experience with my friends and they have highly interesting to buy products on your website. In my case, I chose the LU dark chocolate biscuit in the original order, the staff who delivered my order said you have to change my order from the dark chocolate flavour to the milk chocolate flavour due to the contributor may not always provide enough products. I agreed with the ability to deal this challenge between you and the contributor, and the refund for the different prices between two flavours were fast! However, I would suggest one thing that need to improve. That is to show the amount of products, like xxx left, or to show the product has been out of stock. This could avoid the same situation happened next time. Thank you!”
