“I have been looking for ages for the salt product which I bought in France ages ago and loved. I found it straight away on your site and the balsamic dressing is to die for. Thank you.”

“This is an interesting business model and I am surprised that it is economical to supply food in this way. The on-line ordering service was 'tres bien', but it would have been good to receive an e-mail as soon as the order had been put together to avoid delay in collection. The main reason I used the service was to get the chicory grains which are very difficult to get here. The Laroux product we got was exactly the same as the product we usually buy when on holiday in France. A real find in the UK. Overall very good and I will certainly be recommending Frenchclicks to friends and I will be using the service again. Thanks very much”

“Excellent service and product, but why pack three little packets of tea in a huge box filled up with plastic packing? Tea is not fragile, and the size of the box made collecting the packet difficult. Why not just use an envelope?”

“I have only made one purchase to date from the company however I found the website easy to use with an extensive range of products which I had been trying to source in the UK. Delivery costs were acceptable but the time frame could have been a little better organised, I appreciate that there may be numerous deliveries from the particular vehicle that attended my home in one day, but a quick call from the driver (if possible) to state roughly what time they would be delivering would have been preferable to waiting nearly six hours for the delivery. Other companies do this so that you are not stuck at home all day waiting. Having said that I will be purchasing from the company again shortly.”
