“The carrier failed to deliver the order on the promised day, leaving me worried about perishable items left in a depot over the w/e. But at French Click, it was sorted out swiftly and helpfully with a replacement of the perishable goods, and a choice offered me of carrier to deliver it. The replacement items arrived on time and in perfect condition. There was one item missing from the original parcel, but that too was replaced rapidly. I am very happy with FrenchClick for service and their products, less happy with the particular carrier, with whom I've had problems in the past.”

“I buy French Amora mustard from French Click as I find it difficult to obtain this in London - so for me it is invaluable. It is easy to order online and I collect from their warehouse. However, i have only one small negative comment - it would be helpful if an email was sent alerting one when one's order was ready for collection!”

“Really good choice of delivery days and good service. Impressed with the packaging and th effort gone to to avoid breakages however when th egg was unwrapped yesterday it was smashed. Also concerned as tried to follow on Twitter but told I had been blocked. Overall good though.”
