“Goods delivered promptly and within an agreed window. One of the four containers was unsealed, but that seemed to be due to the pressure difference (an edge of the greasepaper seal had lifted under the lid)”

“Whilst very happy with all the products I received, I was disappointed with the non recyclable packaging and the amount of it. I hope that you will start using more eco-friendly material in the very near future, like 100% biodegradable polystyrene chips and 100% biodegradable bubble wrap.”

“Just came back from Europe and had got a taste for the Haribo orangina sour fruit gums. Sadly not available in UK in mainstream stores. Was pleased that I found an outlet to buy so went a bit mad and bought ten packs!! Will be going abroad again at Christmas so will stock up then, but in meantime glad to have found this website selling French stuff for British customers! Prompt delivery, and good service. Will certainly use again thank you!”

“French click has a good choice of products available if somewhat expensive. However a nice treat, a nice present. It arrived on day as stated. Packaging good except for holes in bags of 2 products letting freshness out.”

“I use this company to purchase one of my favourite foods from France, the fabulous Andouillettes. the famous tripe sausage with a very distinct smell. The goods arrived on time and in good condition, yes it is a bit expensive buying from this company, but if you love French food its the only way to get your hands on it, unless you venture across the channel yourself.”

“Product arrived exactly on promised time and was still nicely frozen. Delicious foie gras. Not sure about the pricing, since it's rather confusing. Sold as "500 to 700 gm" at price of £29.75 with subtitle £4.25 per 100gm. It says the size of each 'lobe' can be anything between 500/700 but you will be charged on actual weight. My maths says that £4.25 per 100gm would be 700 gm for £29.75. Both my lobes were well under 700. One 500+ and the other just over 600 yet I was charged the full £29.75 X 2 plus delivery. Er..... some mistake, surely?”

“2 issues ...the picture of the product on your web site did not reveal that the pepper had a heat(how spicy) index on the bottle label...found that after recieved...the product was ducros poivre noir en boite 100g.....also shipping cost...could not tell how much product could be shipped before shipping cost changed or it was a one cost shipping that shippes regardles of quanity....had to play with order to see if the shipping cost changed....so one bottle vs 10 bottles no change in shipping cost...other than that ...no issues got what i wanted and very pleased...thanks....glad to find ducros pepper that could be shipped to usa...”

“Product picture was the same on the order screen of what I wanted to order. What turned up had been made by a "Nouvelle Formule" which is not as good as the old product. Had I realised this I would not have ordered four bottles. Suppliers are changing the product and sellers are not updating their information.”

“The Product Was Amazing! I hadn't had Chipsters since I was a Young Girl. However, I Lost 6 Boxes due to the fact that they were crushed and had burst Open and the Product was Stale and inedible. Having the Product shipped to Me in the United States was Quite Costly and I was Somewhat Unhappy that I lost several boxes but I was Happy with the Product itself. Thank You”

“Delighted to find this company specialising in items that are hard to find retail in England. The fresh veal chops were disappointingly butchered.There were 4 chops weighing 185g, 160g, 140g and 90g - not really satisfactory for a dinner party! I will shop again.”
