“A good choice of groceries and toiletries, and fairly easy website. I would have appreciated a bit more communication - it took 9 days from order to delivery, and one item was not available - notified on the doorstep.”

“I bought Amara Mayonnaise de Dijon from French Click. Great product, efficient service that arrived on time. Only slight issue is the high postage charge, but this is comparable to other online retailers. Overall very good.”

“Great company there courier system DPD any Royal Mail or a lot to be desired DPD delivered three bottles of lemonade out of 10 ordered and I was told the replacements would be made and sent by Royal mail only to find this morning when Royal mail delivered they said seven The postman mentioned that the box was damaged this was noted on the delivery note upon opening the box see the damage as pictures again we had three bottles damaged I think that French click should check their Delivery agents”

“Lovely goods you cant get anywhere else. Great delivery. Reasonable dates on fresh food. I worry about the amount of plastic packaging which works well but has to go to landfill.”

“Very helpful staff and good products, however, a bit overpriced. Not sure about ordering in the summer as my last order arrived barely cold with all the food packaging very soggy and collapsing. Planning to order once or twice a year when I am really craving French products...”

“The items arrived when they said they would. There was massive damage to 3 of the 6 cans which I photographed and emailed through. The matter was dealt with very quickly and a replacement 3 cans are being sent to me ..... (i was offered a refund for the damaged items if I wanted). Can’t say fairer than that - especially as it was highly likely that this was the couriers fault, rather than French click!”
