“Got exactly what I was looking for; my favourite coffee. Prior to the addition of postage I felt the cost was entirely reasonable. I think the postage costs are a little high. However the package was delivered when it was due. I’d use French Click again.”

“Online order was easy and straightforward, requested order for collection at warehouse...although I had to wait few minutes before getting my order but that also was straightforward. Items well packaged and clean.”

“Overall, I'm happy with their service, quick delivery. It was the first time I had placed an order with them. However I didn't get any notification informing me that a product was out of stock and would not be delivered. Secondly one of my ordered product has been mistakenly replaced b.y another one and I could not raise to the delivery guy.”

“Very happy with service. one slight complaint though - I had asked for the Champs Elysees 482 gram boite bleu but this was changed on the invoice and the red box (lait) sent, but with no covering explanation. Presumably you had run out of the one I actually asked for. I am fine with the alternative but it would have been nice to have been told why you had altered the order.”

“Bit disappointed to find my 400g duck breasts averaged 350g. The website says you only pay for what you get. I asked for 400g and paid the price stated. I assume the 400g price. Over the three items I was 150g short.”

“Lovely food and quick postage. Reasonable prices and a good selection. I won't give full marks though as the food was delivered in loads of plastic wrapping and polystyrene swirls. All non-recyclable and non-biodegradable. This could easily be replaced by paper as other similar providers do. I won't buy from here again unless this practice is changed as it's horribly wasteful.”

“Excellent site, wonderful to have found so many things from home and the delivery was on time and the gentleman who delivered our shopping was friendly and kind. I will definitely be shopping with French Click regularly. Most of the prices are pretty reasonable, but the odd one or two seem disproportionately high given that I am sure most customers like me, call France home, or have family there, meaning we know what everything costs.”
