“Supply good products at reasonable prices with free delivery over £35. They deliver to London postal codes on the other side of London (10/15 miles) but they will not deliver to Bromley post codes which are only 7/8 miles away or less. Free delivery is a postcode lottery !!”

Hi Sorry to hear this. Some of the BR postcodes are in our London delivery area but not all of them. We do also offer delivery from £5.99 and free for bigger order values outside of this. Kind regards, Matt French Click

“It's always a joy to receive French goods. I tend to order when I am feeling homesick (even after 28 years!) and that cheers me up immediately. My only comment was that the frisée was fairly damaged but apart from that all good.”

“I have just discovered that the protective green pellets used in the packaging to get my order to me in good condition are biodegradable. Congratulations, French Click - I am even more impressed now with your excellent service. How good it is to be able to source favourite ingredients that I miss from many years of living in France. Hi Thanks for your feedback. Please not that the only loose fill protection we use is called flo-pak green and it is both degradable and can also be recycled in some areas. Kind regards, Matt French Click

“I am a repeat customer, having bought Duck Confit from them for a number of years. I like the convenience of being able to choose my delivery date before I place the order. I do not like the polystyrene beads used to pack the box. Much as I appreciate the goods need protecting, I would much prefer that biodegradable beads were used, or these could be returned for re use.”

“Super fast delivery. Great choice of products reasonably priced. My only mistake is to have ordered biscottes and yogurts at the time: the biscottes boxes were all wet from the ice packs to keep the yogurts cold, and the biscottes were all smashed inside certainly due to transportation... But I will definitely order again!! Love french products!”

“I am french, so of course when I saw a french website who delivers foods I want to try ! Large choices. I am happy with my delivery. Just one thing where I was a little bit disappointed. It’s about one product missing and no refund was proposed...”

“I was so pleased to find this! The delivery to outer-London postcodes is a bit confusing though. The website said that it would be free delivery, with a choice of time slot, but this wasn’t an option at check out. I ended up emailing to ask, and while the delivery fee for the parcelforce option I had picked was refunded, I wasn’t offered a narrower choice of time slot than 09:00 - 17:30. Fortunately I was in when the (non parcelforce) delivery arrived.”
