“2 items were out of stock. I would have appreciated if I was asked to swap those for something else instead of being refunded straight away. But overall good experience”

“Products came in good condition and in good time. However, a large amount of plastic packing material was used which I believe is non-recyclable. It would be great if more environmentally friendly packaging was used.”

Hi Thanks for your feedback. We are always trying to improve our packaging. All the packaging we use is degradable or recyclable except for the Sorba Freeze sheets. They can be re-used though. Kind regards, Matt French Click

“I bought two Tessiere iced tea syrups. They were rouglhy twice the size of those I buy in France. It all worked efficiently. Had I not been fairly near the warehouse the added postal costs would have made the items expensive, but as it was I consider it a good deal.”

“Got exactly what I was looking for; my favourite coffee. Prior to the addition of postage I felt the cost was entirely reasonable. I think the postage costs are a little high. However the package was delivered when it was due. I’d use French Click again.”

“Overall, I'm happy with their service, quick delivery. It was the first time I had placed an order with them. However I didn't get any notification informing me that a product was out of stock and would not be delivered. Secondly one of my ordered product has been mistakenly replaced b.y another one and I could not raise to the delivery guy.”
