“The items arrived when they said they would. There was massive damage to 3 of the 6 cans which I photographed and emailed through. The matter was dealt with very quickly and a replacement 3 cans are being sent to me ..... (i was offered a refund for the damaged items if I wanted). Can’t say fairer than that - especially as it was highly likely that this was the couriers fault, rather than French click!”

“Part of late delivery everything is ok. Not bad packed as well, plenty of bubble wrap, which is make delivery more safe. Really high quality of products. Cheese just loved. After last holiday in France I’m looking for same Vinaigrette which I did bought in Marseille. I found them only on amazon ( but price was crazy) and online in French Click. Thank you. Definitely will buy again from them.”

“Very good except for one of the butters having an expiry date of 6th June with a delivery on 8th. The other is dated 6th July. However it seems fine so won't be returning it!”

“products are great and difficult or impractical to source from anywhere else, re packaging - it would be good to keep it to a minimum with recyclable materials, I had a lot of polystyrene that I didn't order !....other than that, all good”

“Coffee superb. Your service superb. However although I paid for Parcelforce24 my package went from London to Edinburgh and spent approx 10 hours there before travelling south to Chorley where it spent another 3 hours before travelling north to Preston and then on to the delivery van. I received it today approx 11:30.”
