“products are great and difficult or impractical to source from anywhere else, re packaging - it would be good to keep it to a minimum with recyclable materials, I had a lot of polystyrene that I didn't order !....other than that, all good”

“Coffee superb. Your service superb. However although I paid for Parcelforce24 my package went from London to Edinburgh and spent approx 10 hours there before travelling south to Chorley where it spent another 3 hours before travelling north to Preston and then on to the delivery van. I received it today approx 11:30.”

“Great to find Pulco available in the UK. Shame about the fairly short use by date (2 months as opposed to 6 months if bought in France). Otherwise all good and a retailer that I would recommend”

“Shopping is good however price is high, I would love to see supermarket branded product at a cheaper price, like É-Leclerc own brand is very good and cheaper. Delivery was late by one day otherwise everything was ok”

“While most of the products arrived and were of good quality, the delivery arrived at quarter to midnight (should have arrived between 18:00-22:00) and we had not been called to inform us of any delays. We had waited in especially for the delivery. No numbers were provided with the order to allow us to contact the office after 5. One of our items was out of stock and we had to wait for payment before we knew of a refund would be issued as this was not set out in the FAQs. Other items were of good quality and we thoroughly enjoyed them. There is a good choice on the website and it allows you to pick from several options.”

“Good service and good value. But only 4/5 stars, as one of the items I ordered failed to arrive due to it being "out of stock". (It showed as available when I ordered it.) And, they had my phone number and email, so could have contacted me to see if I wanted an alternative - which I probably would!”
