“Love French click, my husband is French and have previously had food sent from family so this is a much more convenient way to receive a taste of home. Only issue I ordered La Belle chaurienne saucisses toulouse aux lentilles but received Raynal & Roquelaure instead.”

“It's thanks to India Knight's column in the Sunday Times that I heard about you... what a find... Le Petit Marseillais range really does smell of holidays and I have stocked up on cleaning products that have a dramatically nicer scent than British ones. The only reason I didn't give you a very good was the amount of polystyrene chips included in the box that I have now got to find a way of disposing of. Can you find a more environmentally friendly way of packaging your items?”

Hi Thank you for your feedback. We are always working to reduce our packaging. The flo pak green loose we use is degradable and can be recycled in some areas. We are also looking at other kinds of protective packaging. Kind regards, Matt French Click

“Wonderful product - Alvalle Gazpacho - absolutely delicious - especially in this weather! Good service. But pretty shocked by the excessive packaging - packing pellets and Sorba Freeze sheets - which I have discovered can't be recycled in any way and must go into landfill - and they had leaked everywhere - all the cartons had to be washed. In this day and age surely there must be alternatives which won't pollute?”

“I purchased some butter and lavender honey from the French Click and the produce is of excellent quality. The website is a little dated and communication about dispatch/delivery isn't great, but the store offers an amazing range of French produce and brands. I would highly recommend this online store for all your French food fixes!”

“Lovely to receive all those great French products we miss so much here! There is way too much packaging however - we appreciate this is required for fresh products but couldn't the business develop packaging that avoids having so much plastic?”

Hi Thanks for your feedback. We are always trying to reduce our packaging. Our loosefill and boxes are made from recycled materials and can also be recycled, as can the plastic bubble bags. We are looking for an alternative. Kind regards, Matt French Click

“Hi, your service is great cause I ordered your products from Vancouver, Canada & from process till I received within a week however the only matter I have a little concern that may not under your control is the shipping cost by DHL. My invoice was $50+ euro but the shipping cost were $60 euro plus I still had to paid $26+ Cdn when they delivered which normally this amount do not apply by other global courier companies for foods deliveries. if it is a fixed cost by DHL maybe next time I should place a larger quantity order. Thank you for the opportunity for me to participate your survey program.”

“Easy to use website and excellent range of products at good prices. Would have given 5 stars but they were badly let down by Parcelforce who failed to deliver on the specified day when I had been advised that 24 hour delivery had been specified - it took 48 hours! The order contained perishable goods and this would make me wary of ordering perishable items again. Parcelforce customer service absolutely useless.”

“It is wonderful to be able to enjoy favourite products from my childhood in France and introduce them to my children. I have used French Click three times (I think). The first time the checkout process didn't work well but FC were very helpful on the phone and it was sorted. Since then the process has been improved and works fine. The only reason for not giving a 5 is you don't get an itemised receipt st checkout so need to remember what you ordered and the prices. Anyhow, I have still recommended FC to friends and I will definitely order again.”
