“Great products but let down by packaging - cardboard box was broken, polystyrene beads made a mess and hard to dispose of, and the ice pack had melted all over my butter and cheese.”

“The delivery was excellent, the food arrived chilled and well packaged. The food itself was not as high quality as I would have liked and whilst the Foie Gras was great fried, it had a slightly unwelcome after taste without cooking, so not as nice as other Foie Gras that I've eaten.”

“I love Bonne Maman jam, but was fed up that I cannot get to France and buy some of my favourite ones (different fruits) that never seem to be available in the UK. I was very happy to find the French Click site, which had some of them at the time. I was also happy to be able to order some of our favourite French snacks and cheese types which we can never get here. Unfortunately one of the cheeses was missing (although it had been in stock on the website when I ordered) - however I discovered that I had not been charged for it, so was happy. I have recommended the site to a couple of people who I am sure will be happy to know about it. The parcel was delivered on the date stated, there was about a week between ordering and delivery. Only a minor niggle, the best before date on the cheese delivered was pretty close to the delivery date, hence 4 not 5 stars.”

“I was glad to able to buy this product on line as it is not available in shops in UK as far as I know . The lack of a fifth star is because it was overly expensive and ridiculously over packaged .”

“Regular satisfied customer for some years now, can get a lot of otherwise hard to source French favourites from them. Amazed and relieved their stock is not more impacted by Brexit. Delivery staff are friendly but if you are used to precise timings from the big grocery firms, you might find the three hour delivery windows a bit frustrating!”

“The bottles of water were just as we wanted, but unfortunately the website does no inform you (or stop you from ordering) that the maximum order for bottles of water is 26, I ordered 36 and was surprised to discover a "short " delivery.”

“It is good to be able to order favourite French products in the UK especially with the major restrictions and stupidity of Brexit. You should make it clearer to customers that there will often be substitutions and sometimes cancellations and that you'll adjust the final bill if that happens, so the customer isn't left wondering whether they've been charged for something that hasn't arrived.”

“Overall I really liked it, but yogurts were damaged and brioche was very squashed, when it comes to variety it's amazing, order a few items available on the website but then weren't when sent, little disappointed.”
