“Almost 100% happy with my order except for the smoked liver cod, I ordered the brand Officer and got Connétable which is not as good, I would have preferred to be informed and cancel these tins. Also the cardbox was damaged but luckily nothing was missing. Otherwise fine.”

“I recently placed my first order with French Click. I was very impressed with the range of goods on the website. My order arrived minus a couple of items missing that appeared on the ticket as being picked. I emailed French Click to ask if they could be delivered, and instead, they refunded the cost of the items to me. That was a minor disappointment. I will use French Click again, but it would be very useful if the orders were double checked before being dispatched.”

“Although the website could do with updating/modernising it's actually very functional. Large choice of products, most you can't find in UK shops, and team very reactive and helpful. Bon app !”

“We would have given 5 stars but the tinned peas were all dented, and the parcel have a few tares in the box. otherwise we were so pleased to have found you as we have been unable to go to France for our annual shopping trip. We will be visiting you again at a later date.”

“The goods were all items that I have bought before either via French Click or in France. My only comment was that the box that was very full and 2 of the cartons and 1 tin were squashed but the fortunately the contents were not damaged.”

“Great selection of products. Arrived on time and in good condition. One item was not delivered as I'm assuming it became unavailable but I was not charged for it. Payment was only taken after the delivery was completed and so the price of the missing item was deducted. I'm French and really miss french snacks in particular so this site is a godsend for me!”

Please note we use flo pak green loose fill which is degradable in the natural environment and can be recycled in some areas.

“Nice having access to foods i enjoyed in France. Shame things like St Moret and Petit Suisses come in such big quantities!And I was sorry to not have my order for Rouille to accompany my fish soup. Do the delivery boxes have to be so big with so many pellets thatcant be recycled?”

“The website appears to have been coded 20years ago with a Minitel, but it works! French products, delivered in London, without having to sell both kidneys. Will come back next time I “need” nesquik or crème de marrons!”

“We bought our daughter's favourite French snacks for her birthday and to compensate for not being able to visit France yet. Amazing how much joy can be found in a Bugles crisp packet! Thank you for a great service. It's a shame the delivery costs are so high but it did guarantee arrival on the selected day, which was essential for a birthday present. Thank you.”

“It is so awesome that I can get my childhood favourites from France here in the UK! I just wish the website was updated more often regarding stock on hand because on every order, a couple items aren't delivered (I do get full refund of course!), assumably because they were out of stock. It would also be nice to know when out of stock items will be restocked, if ever. Otherwise really great selection and always satisfied with my orders and delivery!”

“Easy to use and the Ricoré café competatively priced. I just felt a little bit guilty about the packaging used to deliver this to me...a huge box stuffed with polystyrene shapes. I wonder if just some bubble wrap might have done the job.”

“Very efficient service and brilliant to be able to get the things I used to buy on my trips to France. However, one suggestion I would make is that it would be helpful when choosing an item from their store if it said when items were out of stock rather than excitedly opening the parcel to be disappointed when finding not everything ordered was there!”
