“Easy to order online. Unfortunately the Normandy paté was of poor quality and didn't taste as good as cheaper supermarket packs.”

“In all I had a good experience. I ordered some raclette cheese and charcuterie and was given a lead time of roughly one week so I'm guessing it come directly from France. My only advise would for people be plan ahead to avoid disappointment.”

“French foods service in London. Foods are fresh very well. The only problem is availability of certains products online available but when order arrived certains items are not. Annoying but it's is part of life so must accepted. Be using them for years happy with their service and recommend them. X bin appétit.”

“Good service, good packaging. The only issue is availability of products is not updated on website and there is no communication from customer service. Some items were missing and no explanation or email from customer service. I guess products were out of stock.”

“Re o/n SO-341396 I have regularly ordered and enjoyed the Eloise cheese. Please tell your packers to pack them flat as the last 2 times they have been packed on their sides and the soft cheese has slid to one corner. Thanks”
