“Overall I was pleased with my food order. I hope to order again from you soon. However I would prefer that my order has a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days) before expiry not a couple of days as was the case with my otder. I live alone and can't eat that volumn of food in a few days. Mrs L.M.Menhennet”

“I like items from french click, I really appreciate the price, not too pricy. I don’t really like the delivery time, I would appreciate a shorter slot. My first delivery was delayed but anyway I will order again”

“Got everything I ordered at the right time. Only glitch was the ice pack burst and went all oner the cheese cubes and soaked the cardboard packaging so I had to put them in a different container”

“I just love their products - I can buy some of my favourites without having to cross the channel. Prices are very fair and delivery is good. I would have given 5 stars except for the packaging - my goods arrived in a box at least 10 times bigger than necessary and the remaining space was stuffed full of non-recyclable plastic chips. It just doesn't convey a very good message.”

“Very nice products, delivered on time. My reason for not reordering is the huge amount of packing peanuts (2 bin bags full) which wouldn’t dissolve in water and therefore were hard to dispose of.”

“My favourite cheese was no longer available from any of the supermarkets so found French Click. I was a bit disappointed as they did not have one of my favourite yogurts but refunded even before the order was delivered. Unfortunately the order came soaking wet due to the cool pack defrosting and soaked into the packaging of all the items. The foil pack covering my cheese was wet and had soaked into the cheese, however I am getting a replacement. The postage was a bit prohibitively expensive although cheaper than driving to France!”

“I’ve ordered for the first time from French Click this month and I am very happy with the service. Only one item was wrong and the rest of the products arrived in perfect condition. Fresh produce was wrapped to keep cool and was excellent quality. Costs are reasonable if you choose a standard delivery. My order arrived 8 days after being logged. I haven’t been able to go to France over the last two years and I’m missing my French shopping. I will certainly use French Click again and build up the ‘Express’ list, which allows you to reorder regular items quickly. An excellent service, definitely recommended.”

“The rillettes de canard are delicious. I wish that I’d paid for a faster delivery, as although they were well packed in a bubble wrap bag, polystyrene shrimps and in a box, as well as having an ice bag with them, they had totally defrosted. However I don’t suppose they will last long enough to suffer, my fault for not thinking it through, and I will make a note for next time. It occurs to me that it would be sensible to have a note on the delivery page about this - a suggestion that it might be better to choose to pay for faster delivery of things that will not travel so well.”

“Choice and quality of food fantastic. Just be aware that the delivery service is busy so you cannot order something and expect it the next day - 5 or 6 days to deliver. This is fine when you are planning an event and you can order well ahead of time. One of my orders wasn't available but they sent the best replacement they could and dealt with my follow up query with courtesy and quickly. I do not know if it was a courier or their own driver who made my delivery (to South West London).”

“Great products delivered reasonably quickly. One star deducted for packing them in a huge volume of environmentally-unfriendly polystyrene chunks which I had to put in the bin for landfill. Prefer to put used packing materials in the recycling bin.”

“A bit disappointed with the substantial increase in the delivery charges. The website suggested £1.20 for orders over £100, but it appeared to be £6.50 either above or below £100. Apart from that I was happy with the order.”

Sorry to hear this. Unfortunately the extra costs from customs has lead to this increase in our delivery charges. The cheaper delivery is only available on Tuesday to Friday slots. There should always be at least one day with it available.

“I like the products and usually I'm not disappointed... The packaging can be hazardous some times and some stuff a bit damaged... The delivery not always the good day even after pay extra fees... The website not always update and I already ordered few products as I never receive but they corrected the bill before the delivery... And it's not easy to connect with them by phone... but I still like what I eat and it's the most important...”

“Delighted to find this site with so many wonderful French goodies. Ordering was easy and delivery as promised. Slightly disappointed with customer service as I ordered 2 tartiflette, and received 1 that was just out of date and no mention of the other. Sent photo and request for refund/replacement and didn’t receive anything other than another copy of my sale invoice, less the cost of one. Hope this is a reflection of how difficult times still are and will hope for better service next order!”
