“Do you want a review of the product or your service? Shame the product and its shipping are not cheaper. The Review form is badly written and ungrammatical”

“Delivered to a nearby shop as I wasn't available. Picked up the next day. Found the cheese and the packaging to be still fridge temps. Very impressed to be honest”

“Parcel arrived in time . No oysters on the delivery only been notified by PayPal the day before . No communication from French Click . I understand that you may have some problem with your supplier but an email as soon as you no would have been nice. Regards”

Thank you for your 4 star rating of French Click. I apologise for any difficulties experienced with the order being incomplete and the lack of communication from us. Unfortunately due to the very busy time of year very occasionally an item can be missing due to a computer or other error. Very sorry for that.

“Happy with the quick delivery and communication with customer services. we haven't tried the products yet so can't review them, however, I'd just like to suggest for future reference that it would be great to have more info about the products generally on French Click's website, such as: Has the product been frozen previously, can it be frozen, are the chicken/pork/beef free range/ fed organically or not, etc.”

We strive to offer excellent customer service and are delighted that you were happy with the quick delivery and communication. We'll certainly look in to adding this product information, generally our products should not have been frozen previously and never by us. If the manufacturer has it should be stated on the packaging. We'll also look in to the other idea.

“Very pleased with the products delivered. Two items not delivered and cost deducted. Not sure why I can order them if they are not available. Order was not delivered in the time slot booked and I had to leave so had to request it was left by the front door. Not quite sure why a slot is not a slot. But nevertheless pleased with what was delivered.”

Unfortunately due to how our stock works there can occasionally be missing items at the last minute It looks like the delivery was 2 hours late and you have our apologies for that, we are working with DHL to get the deliveries on time and keep the delivery cost reasonable.

“A few items not available and one of the parcel arrived completely torn and opened on one side with one item on the floor as delivery was made earlier than requested and the 2 parcels were left outside my back door because I only came back home for the planned delivery time.”

We can offer paper loosefill instead of the flo pak green, please ask for it in the notes box when you order. Also please note that the flo pak green is degradable in the natural environment and can be recycled at supermarket points.

“The produce and service is fine. What’s wrong is that you often can’t fill the order because of items out of stock, so one receives some ingredients for a particular dish, but not others. It would be better if you indicated when ordering if an item is out of stock: the customer can then consider an alternative.”

Thanks for the feedback. Sorry to hear you missed items for a dish. Unfortunately there can be last minute issues with stock for some items due to the number of different products we do and the nature of the supply chain. What you can do is put in the notes box you absolutely want substitutes or for us to wait until we have everything in the order before we ship it.
