“Very quick delivery dates. Excellent products. Would be better with more environmentally friendly packaging of order - a smaller box would have needed less extraneous filler.”

Very sorry about this. We'll certainly investigate to make sure the warehouse are using the correct box sizes as it sounds like an incorrect size was used. The flo pak green loose fill is also degradable and recyclable in some areas.

“Good fresh produce, would've ginen 5 Stars except that the postage costs on a £16 pound order takes it to £27. pounds. in the age of free deliveries this seems excessive.”

“Would have been a 5 star review. Only disappointment was an item must have been unavailable as the first I heard of it was it wasn’t on my receipt and I received a refund for that item. Maybe just as good customer service an email prior would help the customer, so they’re not surprised/disappointed when they open their delivery.”

“Although I had not appreciated how long my order of Badoit would take,when I queried this French Click immediately drew my attention to the invoice they had sent me which had a confirmed delivery date on it. My fault but perhaps turnaround could have been faster or made more obvious when I ordered.”

“This is an excellent product, makes a lovely change from lime or blackcurrant cordials. Website a little confusing, but once ordered, the parcel arrived within the allotted timescale. For a non-UK product, also quite reasonably price. Only downside, the ordering process via their website, not clear at all (but also could be me)”

“We are pleased with the products, but they arrived a day later than anticipated. I would like to be assured that if we ordered the fresh raw products like magret or foie gras they would arrive on time and adequately chilled to be safe.”
