Very expensive as only one bar per pack and a huge delivery charge!! Shame, as my wife is French, but won’t be using you again!!

did not get what I ordered , despite sending an e mail several days ago pointing this out , have yet to receive a response . I suppose now that you,ve got my money youre not really bothered . Would I use this service again , no , unless you can convince me otherwise and prove you really do care !!!!

Great capon, shame the Jesus see Lyon didn't arrive and no attempt was made to supply it. I can't see the point of an internet shop where there is no guarantee that what is ordered will arrive.

Hi Very sorry about this. There appears to have been a stock eror with this item. Normally we would offer to send it afterwards. It seems due to the delivery date it wasn't done on this occasion though. Kind regards, Matthew French Click

My order is not yet delivered. Seems that product is out of stock. Yet I do not get any update from nobody when product is ready to ship.

Had to cancel order, as even though paid the extra, and received confirmation of delivery from both French Click and the shipper, French Click could not deliver to shipper. Gained the impression that our contact had little understanding of written English, even though we offered to use French.

I still have not received my order. I placed it on the 16th July and paid for DHL/UPS delivery between 4 and 8 working days.

the web page shows a tin will contain four thighs. the tins that arrived contained 4 to 6 thighs. this means that if there are six thighs they are very small, and barely worth it

Instead of two Ducros piment de Cayenne extra fort moulu we received one Ducros piment d'Espelette AOP and one AOP poudra de piment D'Espelette which may be very good but not extra fort.

I ordered just 2 different items, 4 x item A & 2 x item B , so a small & simple order, yet this was still to difficult for whoever packages these items to get right. I received 5 x item A & just 1 x item B!! I emailed asking for another 1 x item B to be sent, but this was denied i just had to make do with the 1 x extra item A i didn't order. You pay a high price i.e. £5 for this "premium" packaging/delivery service which in my case was 25% of the cost of the whole order, but they still can't get it right. I was a first time customer & after the poor service wont be returning for a second time.

Still haven't gotten word if my order got placed , I've email with no response. don't know if my credit card was charged , I also wanted to know the cost of the product in American dollars instead in Euros!!

First time I ordered from French Click and comment as follows: * Cream Caramel: Arrived all mixed up, not a pretty sight. I phoned the company and was refunded. * Charcuterie: I ordered quite a lot of different hams. All their use by date was between 15 & 17 April. Not a very long expiry date. If and only if I order in the future it will be a much smaller quantity. * Pot of Extra Forte Mustard: Expiry date June 2017. We certainly will not finish all this pot by then. There is no excuse for this item to have such a short expiry date. My whole first time experience was not very satisfactory mainly due to the short expiry date and also not to be advised on the website that the Cream caramel could be mixed due to transportation. In such case I would not have ordered it.

DIDN'T GET IT ON THE AGREED DATE. DIDN'T GET THE RIGHT QUANTITY. THE SARDINES I RECEIVED WERE DIFFERENT FROM THE ONES I HAD ORDERED

The delivery was incomplete as certain items were missing. The person who brought the order informed us that the central office were going to notify us about the rest of the products but no one did.

I was missing one of my item and was still invoiced for it, was also invoiced postage when my order was over £100. All in all was an headache and feel very disappointed especially as most of the items are expensive I was expecting to place a straight forward order. It was not the case

Bought two bottles of Puget Olive Oil. One was broken, but I didn't spot that till the oil leaked through the box onto my carpet.
